Best Beach Hotels in Perth

Everything was fine and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Amenities for toiletries were a bit lacking so it's best to bring your own. Walls are quite thin so expect to be able to hear your neighbours the whole time.

I was disappointed with my stay and wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel. The lobby was incredibly small, and the large mirror at the reception was confusing, making it easy for guests to accidentally walk into it. Surprisingly, there were no toiletries provided in the room, so we had to call staff just to get a toothbrush delivered. The hotel robe was very low quality, almost resembling a kitchen rag, which was a letdown. The swimming pool was also tiny and didn’t allow for much relaxation or enjoyment. The breakfast spread was pretty average—nothing impressive or memorable. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay. The only real highlight was the beautiful view from our room, which was truly stunning. But for a 5-star experience, I expected much more.

Overall very good, nice location, nice service, we check in early with charges but unfortunately the the hotel test emergency light on that time, it affects our sleep, and this is the only place where points are deducted. Sebastian the hotel staff try to solved it.

The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Perth Central Station. The room facilities and decoration are good, but it is a bit inconvenient for Chinese tourists that there are no slippers. Breakfast is ordered, with a main course, coffee and juice, which is good not to waste

The room was small. Don’t expect a big room. The water heater was good I must say! Do not have to worry about worrying to bathe in cold water during winter. The sink layout was impossible to use without wetting the floor at all!! All in all a simple clean room with 24h check in and luggage storage. Location was a 5 mins walk to the Perth station! Very convenient! Nothing to complain about except the sink I must say 🌚 oh yes, pls bring hangers. There was rly no wardrobe to hang our clothes 🤣

A very pleasant stay. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Clean ,spacious room with very comfortable bed. There is a coin operated washer and dryer at level 2 laundry room .Per cycle cost AUD $4.Shops, Train station, busport ,restaurant and free CAT buses (blue and red line) just round the corner from the hotel. There is a halal restaurant opposite the hotel .

Great location. Walking distance to the ferry station, kid playground, nice restaurants. However, a bit disappointed with this Ritz. We have stayed for 5 nights. I was annoyed by the housekeeping staff have moved my personal stuff around every single day. The bedsheet was dirty. Over charged the BF (BF was instead). Well, generally speaking, it was OK, but not quite as good as the other Ritz Carlton we had stayed before.

Exterior walls and stairways in poor shape, run down look. However my room was fine, large with a quiet fridge, good hot water and quiet. Reception staff very helpful

Hotel is ok not new but in the CBD. Breakfast is ok and amenities are clean. It is a nice experience and stay. Highly recommend as it is not expensive.

It’s a bit basic. Nice location near the waterfront, 15min walk to shops or metro. 30min drive to airport. Simple rooms, not a fan of bath tub showers. Food in restaurants could easily be better, breakfast buffet is poor. Staff are polite and try to help but Accor service values not really met. Won’t book this hotel again, I’d pay a bit more for somewhere else.
