Radisson Blu Hotel Perth

We had a conference on 1st November and the conference suite was really good. The staff were lovely, very helpful. We appreciated the tea /coffee stations available all day. The buffet lunch was lovely with plenty of vegetarian and also special dietary needs met. The desserts were lovely home made cheesecakes, apple pies, carrot cake. The venue was excellent for approx 100 people at round tables with all seats facing the conference screen/stage. There was also free parking at the hotel which is always a bonus.

We attended this hotel for The Not Forgotten Xmas Lunch. Firstly the main entrance was closed we had to walk al the way around the buildings to the back entrance, luckily we could manage but the age of some of them it was a struggle! Reception drinks went ok, Soup came warm and tasty but no side plates for your rolls, the main dish was well below standard, luke warm and the potatoes and veg were disgusting, I certainly would not pay for this and I hope the organisation got a good discount, dessert was ok. The young barmaid thown in at the bar could not even pour a pint properly and she had trouble even walking! Hopefully once they are up and running properly it may turn out to be a good venue but at the moment I would avoid it!

Classy, stylish and with lots of atmosphere! Well done, customer service outstanding and rooms with Hansgrohe showers and Ferraro rocher chocolates and nespresso coffee machines, didn’t want to leave! Forgot to mention huge smart tvs! Shall be back.

Bathrooms are sooo clean and smells good. Breakfast is good, especially for coffee lovers. Highly recommended for anyone who hates dirty bathrooms. Best services from staff. Salamu Za Urafiki kutoka Tanzania.

My partner booked the hotel on 11th October for our dream trip on the 8th to 10th November to this beautiful hotel. We had saved up to visit her parents home and relive her childhood. She was advised on 24th October that the hotel had a government contract and our reservation had been cancelled. To make matters worse she was told rather curtly that she would have to cancel through *********** and that it would take 14 days to receive our money back, meaning we will probably have to forgo our trip all together. Surely the Hotel could have advised *********** and other avenues they use not to accept bookings or advised us as soon as they received our booking? We have always enjoyed our stays at Radisson Hotels but the service we have received and the way my partner was treated has left us with a very poor view of the chain.
