Perth City Centre

The room I had was very poor in desperate need of fixing and redecorating and to be honest I am surprised they are allowing the room to be used . The ceiling had water damage in multiple places and plaster coming away with water marks in quite a few places . The armchair wasn't something I wanted to sit on as it was covered in stains and my towel also had what looked like red/pink nail Polish marks on it . The bathroom was clean and room had been cleaned as best as they could but no housekeeper could make that room nice .

We enjoyed everything about our one night stay at this hotel - the calm, helpful, friendly service; the very comfortable and immaculately clean accommodation; the central yet quiet location; the breakfast and evening meal. The evening meal options were very much wider than those indicated online and represented great value for money. We'd love to visit again!

Possibly the easiest hotel to use and enjoy in Perth. Bang in the centre, it’s clean, comfortable, secure and friendly. For a busy place is was also quiet in the room and I had a great sleep.

Have stayed here before but think we'll look elsewhere next time. Check in is stated as 3pm (£10 extra if you want to check in anytime before this, even if room is ready, bizarrely!) Arrived at 3.15 to be told room wasn't ready, to take a seat, 5 mins later room key was handed to us. So, room 125 was, to say the least, tired & in need of some maintenance. There had obv been a leak & ceiling & walls were still patchy, walls had dirty marks too. Just not a welcoming invite at all. Staff were ok, not great interaction, not the friendliest. It is handy for nearby theatres, etc & bed was comfortable but probably won't be staying here again in near future.....

It does what it says on the tin. It was clean and quiet (in the ground floor room which I was in) unfortunately technology like wifi had not made it to the Faradya cage of my room. This was for either the free or payed service. The staff were polite and welcoming but lacked attention to customers, with customers waiting for protracted periods of time.

Very poor customer service , the manager did not seem to be bothered at all in serving. Had only one towel , when asked for another just gave another one from the office which seemed it was used

Second stay in Perth at this Premier Inn. Room was as expected and like the option to choose room with fridge and coffee maker. Use Premier Inn reasonably often and this did not disappoint. Ate in Kisa’s next door which I would also recommend. Handy for shopping in centre or walk to and along the river.

Stayed here for a conference taking place nearby. Excellent breakfast and dinner - staff attentive but not invasive. Food delicious. Beds super comfy. All in all a lovely relaxed stay - thank you!

Best place for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is a really good deal,food was great and a great selection.,it was that good we went back for our dinner. It's clean,and friendly staff happy and chatty. Definitely recommend. Great value. Thank you
