We needed a handicapped room accessible to the breakfast area. The staff immediately rearranged things to accommodate that request. Unfortunately, the breakfast was almost totally depleted before 8:30 the next morning when we got to it. IT would be awesome if motels still had coffee in the lobby around the clock since the room made stuff is awful, and we need decafe badly as we settle in in the evenings.

Evening shift young man was very rude. While owners are nice they need to know how to run a hotel. Outside was mowed and kept nice for the dogs.

Room had an awful odor. The “breakfast” consisted of coffee and cereal. Everything was super picked over.

Property advertised as having an indoor pool. But it’s actually in a glasshouse with many ceiling panels missing and wall panels open. And the pool heater is not working.

Not my first time staying here, but definitely my worst experience. Not sufficient bedding for the time of year, no towels or toilet paper in the room upon arrival. Sliding glass door needs servicing and there was a dehumidifier in the room that was rather bulky. We also had issues with one of the rooms close to us smoking ****, and the whole hallway reeked of it, and it made our room smell, I was traveling with my 10 year old and 2 month old, so definitely not the things I want them exposed to. We did end up cutting our stay short because of the combined problems.

Pleasantly surprised with the spacious room, comfortable bed, and attentive staff. Last minute reservation on a long trip & thankfully we stopped here. Thank you, your breakfast staff was EXCELLENT and provided a fresh morning breakfast. Loved our Stay.
