Very Average hotel and not at all up to the standards of other Hampton Inn and Suites were we have stayed. We booked two rooms. The Air Conditioner did not work at all in one of the rooms. We went to the desk and got a replacement room where the A/C worked but the toilet struggled to flush. We also noted that none of the outlets or charging ports in either room worked, so our phones and iPads did not charge overnight. Tried to purchase a soda from the snack bar the next morning and the clerk said they did not have a working card reader. Breakfast bar was okay but didn’t offer the usual coffee creamer options found at most Hampton Inn & Suites. Being a Hilton Honors member and paying this high of a room rate in a small town, you expect things to work. Hotel was fairly clean.

As we intended to drive through Perry the next day anyway, I called this Holiday Inn express. I was able to speak to a kind lady who informed me that they did indeed have a 2 queen room with sleeper sofa available that evening. She took our reservation over the phone and I had an email confirmation almost immediately. Upon arrival just one hour later, we had a clean room that fit our family. Such a relief! Breakfast the next morning was super convenient and a hit with the kids. Wishing I had just booked this hotel in the first place!

The service was excellent, the rooms aren't fancy but were clean and comfortable. An added bonus was the tv actually had a guide, first one in 5 nights. Will make this a regular stop on my future trips to Florida

She took our reservation over the phone and I had an email confirmation almost immediately. Upon arrival just one hour later, we had a clean room that fit our family. Such a relief! Breakfast the next morning was super convenient and a hit with the kids. Wishing I had just booked this hotel in the first place!

After 5 nights on the road it was nice to find an old style motel where you can park outside your room, since I travel with a dog it's nice to not have to carry everything through a lobby. The service was excellent, the rooms aren't fancy but were clean and comfortable. An added bonus was the tv actually had a guide, first one in 5 nights. Will make this a regular stop on my future trips to Florida

Very Average hotel and not at all up to the standards of other Hampton Inn and Suites were we have stayed. We booked two rooms. The Air Conditioner did not work at all in one of the rooms. We went to the desk and got a replacement room where the A/C worked but the toilet struggled to flush. We also noted that none of the outlets or charging ports in either room worked, so our phones and iPads did not charge overnight. Tried to purchase a soda from the snack bar the next morning and the clerk said they did not have a working card reader. Breakfast bar was okay but didn’t offer the usual coffee creamer options found at most Hampton Inn & Suites. Being a Hilton Honors member and paying this high of a room rate in a small town, you expect things to work. Hotel was fairly clean.
