Great location, clean rooms, pleasant and helpful staff (when they are there)... The breakfast was OK, but we decided to eat out after the first morning as we were happy with just coffee and croissant. The only downside was the noise from the adjoining room the first night... into the early hours!!

Well it’s quite basic, it’s clean , it’s in a great location. Bear in mind it’s closed and unmanned from 11 to 3pm every day so it’s not possible to checkin during those times ( there is a key code entry once you’ve checked in). Our stay was marred by a group of incredibly loud selfish people checking in at midnight and being loud and obnoxious and stomping around in the room above until the early hours .. but not the hotel’s fault.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel,the room was spacious,comfortable and clean.The air conditioning was a bonus.
The hotel is in the centre of Perpignan so handy for the shops,bars and eating places

I decided to book this hotel because I was going for a more 'local' (no big chains) hotel. The room was nice and very beautifully decorated, but the space in the bathroom was very limited. The shower space was extremely small, making it difficult to shower. The bathroom sink was also very small.

It was ok. The pictures on the website do not match reality. I think the rate is overpriced and not worth it. We couldn't connect to the wifi, wasn't given a password. When we reached out for the password, we were directed to a recording that was in French (I do not speak French).

We booked to stay for 2 nights due to the central location of the hotel. At no time when we made our booking were we made aware that there is a large renovation project going on in the 2nd floor of the building. I guess we should have realised when we walked past all the scaffolding to access the hotel! Our mistake. We had a large room with a balcony on the 1st floor overlooking the town hall. There was unfortunately quite a lot of noise during the night from revellers which I guess one might expect at such a central location. However the noise of the workmen with their drills and hammers from 7am onwards should not have to be expected and in our opinion is totally unreasonable. The hotel should not be open whilst the renovations are ongoing and at the very least guests should be told about it when they book and given the option to cancel. We did not stay for the second night and were given a refund but no discount was given for the first night or even an apology despite my asking. Very disappointing.

Property is right at the heart of old town. However, the bathroom was a bit dirty and the wifi didn't work.

Never again
Very disappointed, shower had hair all over, sheets with stains, sink was blocked, the safe was not working, we ask to get all fix but nobody came to help… do not bother booking this place. I don’t often post reviews but this time I really think it was necessary…
