Positive side. Pretty interior decoration of the dining room, bar. The hotel is located in a craft zone but remains quiet. Negative side Very limited reception. Small room. No jam at the breakfast buffet. The big downside which must under no circumstances occur in the presence of customers: the manager who remonstrates with the employee about her non-compliant shoes (dressy sneakers though) And the must; no thanks, nor one at the start!!!

If you want to have a good weekend with your family, don't go to this hotel. My wife and I and our two children arrived at this hotel for two nights. From the first night a very strong smell of chit was felt in the corridor and on two occasions once at 11 p.m. and the second at 3:30 a.m. hysterical young women screamed first in their rooms and then in the corridor in pounding on doors. I went to see the manager at 7 a.m. to let him know about our inconvenience. He seemed sympathetic but no compensation was offered. From 8 a.m. onwards, the young women started breaking everything in their rooms, screaming, to the point that the police came and expelled these young women. I had to stay one more night because I had booked the two nights with booking, which spoiled part of the stay. And as I said above, no compensation in any way, I find that the manager is not really commercial given the prices of the rooms. I will never return to this hotel which, in my opinion, only has its geographical location because it is close to Palavas les Flots. Really disappointed!!!

We were very well received. We only had a little time because we had a theater session the next hour. The service was quick and the food very good. We will return there during a future show, that's for sure.

I put one star because I can't put less. This hotel is clearly a disaster! Paying €93 for a room like this is a steal. Moldy bathroom joints. Hair in the supposedly clean bed. A pellet of ***** stuck on the plea, truly a CATASTROPHE. No duvet to sleep in, only a small blanket and a “super” under sheet which incidentally smelled musty so it was impossible to sleep with it. Aircon ? No, let's not talk. It felt like there was a washing machine in the room because it was so noisy!!! Fortunately we did not have any bedbugs unlike other people who were not so lucky. Dust under the beds and under the bedside tables (so half-finished cleaning) We were only able to sleep from 6 a.m. to leave this horrible room at 10 a.m., the air conditioning was so noisy. Of course if we turned off the air conditioning we had to open the window which overlooks an ugly garden and not worthy of welcoming customers there and the mosquitoes let's not talk about it either. But what do the hygiene services do????
