Terrible experience – avoid this place! We waited nearly 30min for our food with no explanation or apology from the staff. When we asked about the delay, they were rude and unhelpful. And to make things worse, when the food finally arrived, it was incomplete — several items we ordered never came at all. The service was careless and disrespectful, and it felt like the staff just didn’t care. This was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. Absolutely not recommended.

Staff was rude, not polite at all and what it is even worst aggressive. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I can’t give more details as my comment would get banned but I even if you see it as a beautiful place, it’s just that. If I could go back in time I would just take a nice picture and leave the place.

This was the best of best, everything was perfect. The stuff were so polite , the food was delicious and the views are just perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Not to be missed. Definitely recommended 👌

The position of this building is the best. Near vjosa river you can enjoy your meal in the fresh air. The food is really fresh, tasteful and traditional. The price reasonable for bio food. Kind of difficult road until here, but it is worthy
