Очень хотелось бы оставлять отзывы обо всех Амаксах одинаково хорошие, но, всё-таки, гостиницы отличаются ) пусть и в мелочах) Гостиницу посетили в середине июля 2023 года. Расположена она недалеко от исторического центра Перми и недавно реконструированной набережной. Место очень удобное. Все основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. В целом, первое впечатление от гостиницы было достаточно хорошее: чистенькая, аккуратненькая в удобном месте) Парковка для гостей бесплатная, хоть сама по себе и небольшая. Заселили в номер на 4-м этаже. Номер оказался достаточно неплохой. Две сдвинутые вместе кровати (приятно, что персонал заморочался и учёл наши пожелания), тумбочки и ТВ. Полотенца предоставлялись по системе комплект руки/ноги/тело на одного человека. Менялись каждый день, хотя мы на этом не настаивали. Постельное белье также менялось два раза за 5 дней нашего пребывания. Хотели чаще, но мы в этом не видели необходимости. Отдельно следует упомянуть шайтан-машину (фен), при включении которой, по утрам вместе с нами просыпалась вся остальная гостиница, а из ванной воздушным потоком бескомпромиссно выдувалось всё, что не было закреплено гвоздями ))))))))))) Персонал вежливый. Неплохо обучен. Уборка производилась регулярно и ненавязчиво (не было так, что у тебя перед глазами бегает уборщица со шваброй и прямо перед носом что-то моет). Девочки на ресепшне вежливые, учтивые, все запросы выполняли быстро, а в поиске одной турпоездки даже помогли, кинув ссылку на кого-то популярного в местной информационной среде (в результате, у нас всё достаточно быстро организовалось впоследующем). В ресторане персонал тоже обучен достаточно хорошо: вежливые, меню приносят быстро, также быстро реагируют на запросы. Не всегда соблюдается очередность подачи блюд, но это больше не к ним вопрос ) А вот по поварам, не в обиду, но беда-беда ) Меню в ресторане скудненькое, одинаковое изо дня в день и чем-то напоминает больше столовку, нежели ресторан. По факту: бОльшую часть пребывания был ”шведский стол”. Он заключался в том, что было несколько позиций блюд по группам: каши/салаты/супы/второе+мясное/десерт/напитки. Каши - это дело каждого. В принципе, их сложно испортить. Выбор из нескольких каш был и на воде и на молоке. Альтернатива классическая - хлопья с молоком. Памяти Пермских салатов. Складывалось ощущение, что салаты шведского стола вечера плавно перекочевывали в утренние (сделал вывод по одному из видов салата, - т.к. он с вечера был, а с утра был этот же вид салата, но уже с ”отскочившим” соком и горчящей кожицей огурцов + на вкус овощи были уставшими), и хорошо, если в процессе миграции блюда не ”женились” между собой ))) Нарезка классики (огурцы-помидоры-сыр) очень сильно хромала и было ощущение, что её делал не повар, а охранник с парковки (такие увесистые мужицкие квардатищи из овощей, что не каждому дано их осилить с первого раза). И, конечно же, салат недели - курица с фрунчозой: я не знаю, что им такого плохого сделала бедная птичка вместе с замо

What a luck that booked this hotel without reading the reviews. Exceptionally at price and location. Because they were pleasantly surprised at attitude and service. Live in the junior suite room. With windows on the Comprox. There is nothing to fight. And I am a very primitive tourist))) The room was always clean, cleaned. Every day the bottled water was updated. Given the very hot weather, it was very, by the way. Always had sugar, tea, coffee. Everything worked well.Even in the bathroom there was a full farce : except for standard soap-gel-chapel-champoo and hairdryer you do not need to care for what is usually provided in higher-class hotels. Everything was provided on the first requirement. There is a laundry car and a gladiator that I, as a tourist, was very comfortable.Separate thanks to the administrator Elena,for the speed and attention. We were even called about the things left with the offer to return them. What is extremely surprising for the hotel service. We bought a room with breakfast . What was good about this service : when it was impossible to have breakfast for all people, it was a dry package that saved us greatly on long-distance tours.What didn't like : The Swedish table is very modest. In summer time vegetables and almost no. The cucumbers that disappeared even before our arrival (we went out for breakfast to 9.00).Fruits we didn't get at once. There was no black or grain bread.The butter was always soft (After all, it is not difficult to put the oil packaging on the ice).There was no raw material (cheese and baking is so a replacement of a fresh product).And another situation, for which, in a coup with food, had to take off the star.It turned out, That we had an early check-in and an early departure (we left at 4 a.m. and arrived at 6.00)Our room was already ready. But we were not settled. Conclusive request to the administration to reconsider the attitude to such situations. It turns out that 8 hours paid by us simply disappeared. It 's unpleasant.

The staff interface on the hotel website in the booking section is found to work incorrectly. If you have scheduled a late departure, be careful, you may be cheated. As it is known, according to the general rule, late departure to 18-00 is paid in the amount of 1/2 tariff, after 18-00 - at the full tariff. Here. The interface offers the choice of late departure time: 17:00, 18:00, 19:00, etc. Indicating 18:00, you assume that you will leave until 18:00 and pay 1/2 tariff, and here the interface counts otherwise and counts the full tariff. This is, of course, corrected at the check-in, but still... Well and three. In the rooms it is hot! The ventilation does not work, and you open the window - very noisy (the street of the world, as-nick...)

The hotel is clean, successful location at the embankment in two minutes from the center, around there are restaurants. But -2 stars for the work of the administrator at night from 9.06 to 10.06. The two-bedroom rooms were taken in the City Old Hotel so that between them there was one common, thin wall. We were very unlucky with our neighbors that Friday night, the next room was settled by a guy and a clearly drunk girl. Somewhere at the hour of the night the girl began to hysterically scream, she murmured with the guy and wept. We went down the first floor, complained to the administrator for the noise. Back to the room, listened for a long time to the sounds behind the wall, there were no special changes. We tried to sleep but after an hour, we were still hearing screams. I was unable to stand nerves, and the administrator came down again and looked at me and offered to go up the floor together to deal with the noise. When she knocked at the door, she told neighbors, ”We are not allowed to noise at the hotel after 11 if you continue to noise, we will have to evict you.” The guy who came out of the room with surprise asked ”hearing it very much, right?” The administrator has responded to my complaint and requested to contact neighbors only for the second time. Why? I have difficulty understanding this, but the hotel administration has to do its job.
