In a few words: Outstanding. Arrived late evening, and warmly welcomed by Alfina the owner and Manager. The apartment is perfect, the owner took care of every detail. The apartment is full equipped with all the house utensils you may need or much more what you may need. The apartment has two bathrooms and a washing machine as well as a dryer, helpfull if you have travel a lot before and there is a long way ahead. Alfina provided us with some food, soft drinks and wines that was enough for our entire stay. The location is perfect, just a short walking from the ferry terminal and the central piazza as well as the train station. It has a private parking, a major advantage in Varenna!!!. You can leave the hotel and travel by boat around Lake Como, or walk as needed. Recommend!!!.

This apartment was perfect for us and so well stocked. We could have stayed here for a month. The washer & dryer meant we needed half the clothes we might have for our trip around northern Italy. It’s in a quiet area of Varenna a short walk from the train.
