"The main problem is the lack of workspace in the room. There is a normal table only in the room where there is no window, but it smells terrible there due to the fact that there is no sunlight coming in (dampness and high humidity do their job). Therefore, under no circumstances stay in a room without a window.
Otherwise the hotel is decent. The staff is very responsive, they rush to help in any situation. Wi-Fi is normal.
Excellent restaurant on the ground floor at normal prices. This hotel is worth the money."

"First time staying at this hotel. Great counter service, staff was able to converse in English. Room was clean and toiletries were refilled every day. No complaints at all. Super close to the main train station which connects directly to the airport. Breakfast starts at 0630 to 1000. Every day's menu is different. One slight downside is that the dishes are labelled in Bahasa Indonesian, so you might need some help if you really want to know what the dishes are served. At 0700, the buffet starts the live omelette station and noodle station.
Housekeeping is done every day. Linens are clean, no smell, towels are also very clean. Good job to the hotel. Would recommend all types of travellers to stay."

"Everything was perfectly fine! I was just a bit shocked that the local beer bintang cost 12€. Even without the service fee of 2€. 10€ is far to much.
