One of the worst experiences. It's a beach guesthouse. We arrived at 5 p.m. and the room wasn't made and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. After half an hour, a poor man arrived who didn't even know how to make his bed, but after a lot of effort and determination, he managed to do it. We went with friends who were given the room next door, with a bathroom; ours was exterior (and I had booked one with an ensuite bathroom). The "funny" thing was discovering they mixed up the reservations and gave them our room.
Aside from the fact that my friend received my details on her phone, it's a good thing they shared them with her and not anyone else (I hope). In short, they have a serious organizational and cleanliness problem. I highly doubt I'll come back; to return, all the hotels in A Coruña would have to be full.

Three weeks ago, I booked a room for two nights one week in advance. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before check-in. Two days later (five days before check-in), I called to cancel one of the nights. Cancellation is only possible by calling since they don't provide a link to cancel. They told me the manager does it because the girl I spoke to didn't have permission. When I didn't receive an email with the reservation modification, I called again, and they told me the manager would do it. I continued like this for three days, calling to get confirmation of the cancellation and a refund. Finally, two days before check-in, I received an email with the new reservation. Since then, I've continued checking my bank daily for the refund, which I still haven't received. They tell me the refund takes some time, but it's not normal that two weeks after requesting the cancellation and one week after the stay, I still don't have the payment for the canceled night. So be careful with cancellations!

Small room, tiny bathroom, the shower didn't regulate the water temperature, cold or scalding hot, so small that the sink is outside the room, no closet, just a bar with three hangers, and because we asked for them. We were there for three days and they didn't clean the room at all. I put up a sign and they only made the bed one day. It's extremely hot in August, and near the beach there isn't even a single fan. However, there is parking for €8 a day. The hotel manager doesn't take criticism well.

Tras reservar en Booking, Zarey me mandó un email con una pasarela para pagar el 20% de la reserva, reembolsable en caso de cancelación, a través de una pasarela de pago, efectúo el pago. Me llega confirmación del pago y reserva, y un mes más tarde, en periodo de cancaleación gratuita procedo a cancelar y no me devuelven el cargo, además ante Booking no lo reconocen, porque a mi no me dan respuesta alguna, así que me siento estafada, a la espera de la mediación de Booking.
