Hace 3 semanas he reservado una habitacion para 2 noches a 1 semana vista. La cancelacion es gratuita hasta 48h antes. 2 dias despues (5 dias antes de la entrada) llame para cancelar una de las noches. Solo se puede cancelar llamando ya que no facilitan ningun enlace para cancelar. Me dicen que el encargado lo hace porque la chica con la que hablaba no tenia permisos. Al no recibir correo con la modificacion de la reserva volvi a llamar y me dicen que ya lo hace el encargado. Asi estuve durante 3 dias, llamando para que me confirmasen la cancelacion y devolviesen el dinero. Finalmente, 2 dias antes de la entrada me llega un correo con la nueva reserva. Desde entonces sigo consultando diariamente el banco para el reembolso que todavia no he recibido. Me dicen que la devolucion de dinero que tarda algo de tiempo, pero no es normal que 2 semanas despues de solicitar la cancelacion y 1 semana despues de haber hecho la estancia no tenga todavia el abono de la noche cancelada. Asi que cuidado con las cancelaciones!

Hotel con muy buena relación calidad precio, he estado en el mes de agosto y valoro la cercanía con la playa, zona con mucho servicio y restaurantes. El Hostel es muy cómodo, limpio y nuevo. Me gustó mucho el baño y el desayuno que disfrutamos durante nuestra estancia

Hotel con muy buena ubicación y muy cómodo a escasos 50 m de la playa. Tiene una cocina común para poder comer y desayunar. Todo está muy bien diseñado. Calidad precio muy buena. Me ha gustado mucho la experiencia

Habitación pequeña , baño minúsculo , la ducha no regulaba la temperatura del agua fría o ardiendo, tan pequeño era que el lavabo está fuera en la habitación, sin armario solo hay una barra con tres perchas y porque las pedimos.estuvimos tres días y no limpiaron la habitación ningún día , puse el cartel y sólo hicieron la cama un día, muchísimo calor siendo Agosto y cerca de la playa no tiene ni un triste ventilador. Eso sí dispone de parking por 8€ al día. Decir que el gestor del hotel no admite bien las críticas.

Tras reservar en Booking, Zarey me mandó un email con una pasarela para pagar el 20% de la reserva, reembolsable en caso de cancelación, a través de una pasarela de pago, efectúo el pago. Me llega confirmación del pago y reserva, y un mes más tarde, en periodo de cancaleación gratuita procedo a cancelar y no me devuelven el cargo, además ante Booking no lo reconocen, porque a mi no me dan respuesta alguna, así que me siento estafada, a la espera de la mediación de Booking.
