The views of this hotel are incredible! From the pool and dining area you have the most amazing views of the surrounding nature! The gardens and pool area are beautifully kept with the most stunning flowers! There was also a hot tub and sauna available too! We stayed in the Butterfly Junior suite, which had the most incredible private terrace, and the biggest bed we have ever seen! The room was very clean and modern and the sounds from nature outside were amazing to wake up to!

I found this hotel to be incredible. I have worked in events for high profile brands for years and stayed in some of the most beautiful hotels in the world. But this for me, encapsulates exactly what I needed for a relaxing break in a beautiful lodge in beautiful Colombian surroundings. The natural decor was stunning. The gardens beautifully kept. The location feels so rural but you’re actually near Pereira and surrounding villages. The rooms are very well proportioned and have either a terrace or balcony you can sit out and watch it all. The pool views wow! The staff were amazing. It was the best place we stayed on our 4 week trip of Colombia. Thanks

Overall a very good place to stay. Staff friendly, rooms big and clean. Location needs a taxi from the airport - cost c25,000 COP. Breakfast and dinner options plus good range of drinks on offer. Biggest gripe was that the hotel is very reticent to call a local taxi for you - they want you to use their taxi service and charge 3 times the price. Be aware!

Make no mistake, this is a good hotel, with stunning views and an excellent pool Our reception however was among the very worst we have ever experienced in years of traveling. The chap was more interested in his social media than us. Then followed a series of unfortunate experiences which the manager eventually sorted for us Rooms are furnished to a high standard, and are spacious and comfortable The swimming pool itself was stunning, but the Jacuzzi was broken The food in the restaurant was far better than reviews here have indicated. And although it is well neigh impossible to go elsewhere for dinner, I would have no hesitation in recommending the restaurant The cocktails I would add, and apart from reception, all the other staff that we met were charming

Literally a "lodge - country accommodation". Excellent service at breakfast, restaurant kitchen and bar. Good room typical of a "lodge", quiet and with a good bathroom. But far from Pereira or another town, there is no means of transport from the hotel, it is necessary to use taxis and it is not easy, although they are very helpful (when they have availability)

The rooms are impeccable. There are some details that need improvement, but nothing very important. 45 minutes from Marseille, it is a good alternative to visit. It is a place to visit in the coffee region, very close to Pereira.
