EVITE HOSPEDARSE EN ESTE HOTEL si tiene planeado dormir, literalmente es como si durmieras dentro de una discoteca. El ruido de la discoteca que queda en el 4to piso del hotel es estruendoso, además de las que quedan en el primer piso. Sale más barato pasar la noche en vela parrandeando en una de esas discotecas vecinas

Not sure what they mean when they call themselves a luxury hotel, but I wouldn't. Biggest problem was the room itself which was barely big enough to allow 2 people to move in it, and with nowhere for either of them to sit except the bed, plus and a tiny bathroom. If you need to work while here, don't bother...the lighting is minimal and there's no room to put even a laptop comfortably. On the plus side, bed and linens were fine, and a good shower; general cleanliness is good; and the breakfast buffet is of acceptable quality without being luxurious. But the biggest problem was noise.Our room opened onto a very busy street with 24 hour traffic, and next door are two popular bar/restaurants that play very loud music until the wee hours.Sleep was at a premium! Staff were generally helpful and efficient, but nobody seemed to have any English for the moments when my relatively functional Spanish failed. Altogether this place disappoints and definitely should consider removing the "luxury" tag!

L'hôtel est très bien situé sur la circunvalar. A 5 minutes du centre commercial Parque Arboleda. Les chambres sont grandes et propres. Le personnel de la réception au petit-déjeuner est très agréable. Un établissement de bonne qualité.

Mi experiencia fue realmente buena, me encanto la cama, es realmente un hotel muy limpio con un restaurante delicioso, tiene todo es súper cómodo, tranquilo, limpio y el personal es muy eficaz y tiene una calidad de atención 10/10 a todos les recomiendo este alojamiento

Es un muy mal hotel específicamente por el pésimo manejo de las reservas, las cancelan a su voluntad así haya sido hechas con mucha anterioridad e inclusive confirmadas por ellos. No le recomiendo a nadie este hotel porque puede llegar de vieje con su reserva hecha y llegar al hotel y darse cuenta que no le respetaron la reserva y Ud. se quedó sin hotel. NO LE RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL A NADIE. ARREPIENTASE A TIEMPO

Pasamos dos noches en esta fantástica opción de alojamiento. El hotel es pequeño pero cuenta con todas las amenidades necesarias para pasar una estadía confortable. La ubicación es inmejorable, pues es cercana a los mejores centros comerciales. La tarifa incluye desayuno (muy agradable por cierto) y parqueadero.

Agua fría. Sin calentador confiable Desayuno deja mucho que desear Arquitectura cerrada. Habitaciones sin vista. El estacionamiento es claramente insuficiente. Debes dejar las llaves del auto si llegas un poco tarde. No están preparados para familias ni parejas

Es un hotel pequeño que se encuentra en una zona muy buena ( circunvalar). Es indispensable pedir piezas que no den hacia la calle. Yo dormí muy bien, aire acondicionado bueno. Tv cable con bastantes canales. El baño es chiquito, pero limpio. El desayuno es buffet es muy bueno. Además personal muy atento. Llama la atención que al ingresar al hotel te encuentras con un restaurant peruano de autor muy bueno y al otro costado una cafeteria y articulos de bicicletas. El sector por ser zona rosa, es muy tranquilo, para salir a algun local. Se da las gracias a las personas por su atención

Nos encantó, desde que llegamos la atención en el lobby fue muy buena, nos entregaron la habitación de inmediato, adelantando la hora de nuestro check in sin ningún recargo. La habitación como sus espacios en general son prolijos, y cuenta con una excelente ubicación.
