A wonderful hotel. Front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely went over and above, especially, Jorhna. Breakfast was excellent. Maria provided exceptional service. Very friendly and always welcoming. Thank you.

Stayed here for two nights on business. It overlooks the main (?) square with the naked Bolivar statue and the famous cathedral with wooden vaulting. Staff super nice and friendly. Little English and every aspect of the hotel is basic but spotless (apart from the windows) and nicely maintained.

My bf and I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, very friendly and helpful. Sergio carried our bags, always checked in on us during our stay and made recommendations for us. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, better than I thought it would be. The location is great and close to everything! Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience. 5/5. Staff very warm and friendly. Sergio the door man was very welcoming and walked out bags to the room, walked us thru the facilities, and made recommendations on our stay based on our timing and interests. Breakfast was great, some items were repetitive but several Alternated by day. Location is perfect and close to shopping centres and restaurants nearby. We even got our laundry done with the front desk for a reasonable amount saving us time and a runaround. Overall fantastic and i will be staying again shortly once I am back in the city for an extended stay. Hotel is very affordable on websites yet you get the full 4-5 star service. Highly recommend.

Excellent facility , STRATEGIC LOCATION, Free Parking , modern spacious , Kitchenette , AC comfortable rooms with excellent views to the park and outstanding customer service. Daily breakfast serve with a variety of Food Choices nothing to envy other 5 star hotels in the area such as Sonesta and Movich. In particular , customer service was exceptional. Throughout our 5 day stay at San Simon , we enjoy every day excellent customer service from MAYERLI COROMOTO that goes beyond anyone expectations making all guests in the dining area as comfortable as being home. She is a great asset to this facility making facilities such as San Simon and Soratama a 5 star hotel in customer service. Few feet from Soratama Hotel so you can enjoy the high floor terrace restaurant , live music, outdoor jacuzzi and other amenities Soratama offer guests.

Estuve quedándome en el hotel esta semana… la luz no funcionaba con la tarjeta; estaba intermitente así que me dijeron que la arreglarían. El personal de mantenimiento iba a ir a arreglarlo, e intentó abrir mi maleta reseteando la clave de mi maleta, con un bolígrafo; que se reventó en mi maleta y manchó toda la habitación. Al avisar a recepción que la habitación estaba sucia, nos dicen que en la recepción estaba la misma tinta y que posiblemente alguien la tenía en sus zapatos (no hicieron ni el mínimo esfuerzo en ir a limpiarlo), quede con los pies llenos de tinta. Al día siguiente nos quejamos por la tinta y el intento de robo de la maleta; nos dijeron que la administración nos contactaría, pero al día de hoy no hay ni una disculpa y tampoco un acto reparatorio. No vayan por favor, no es un lugar seguro para quedarse.
