Have stayed here 3 times and each time the service, the food, massages, prices and the rooms have been excellent. We love staying with them and look forward to our trip. Great Team! Patricia is a great manager too. Gracias mil, Ibis and Samuel

Hi all, I am writing this review to warn fellow travellers about my experience at this hotel . I had been travelling with my family in Columbia for several days at which point we were going to fly from Pereira to Santa Marta by plane. Our plane was early in the morning so i wanted a hotel close to the airport and i chose to book 3 rooms at this hotel (at least 2 months in advance). The day of our stay in the hotel, less than 2 hours before check in, the hotel cancelled our booking! Why? Because of a gathering of medical personnel in Pereira, to which this hotel preferred to give out our pre-booked rooms! Unacceptable! There i was with my family, in the middle of a city fully booked due to the gathering, with no place to stay. Two alternatives were suggested, one was 1h30 away from the airport, and one was far from acceptable. If you book this hotel, no matter how long in advance, be sure to have an alternative in mind.

los tendidos de las camas no los cambian todos los días y lo evidenciamos, las niñas por más que querían atender bien era muy difícil porque estábamos muchas personas, deben prepararse para eventos, la comida si estaba rica, pero en las habitaciones si les falta comodidad
