This hotel is fabulous. The people who work there were beyond helpful. The rooms are fantastic. The sauna and steam room were spotless. It is located close to amenities. The Pereira Plaza mall is right there. The restaurant took a long time to bring food though.

This hotel is amazing. It has security gate checking all guest. It’s a indoor outdoor hotel with several bars, a great pool, oversized chest boards, restaurants and overall amazing grounds. The food is amazing the overall food no matter the meals is delicious. This is a great place to stay. The rooms are top notch however some guest can be rude and loud after hours so I’m happy the hotel was willing to shutdown the loud party but only by request so TBD. They also do not have a large English speaking staff so Google translate is a must. This is far from downtown Pereira but very affordable in a taxi. I’d stay there again recommend getting a room with a view of the the poolside.
