This was nothing like what the website showed. The room was tiny seriously tiny , you could hardly walk around the bed. There were steps galore to get to your room and none of them overly safe. My husband hit his head as the ceilings were so low. We asked to switch rooms immediately after seeing ours and they wanted another $180 which we were not paying. The hallway had a pungent perfume smell, very sickening. The cleaning ladies left the outside door open unattended for hours (this did help the smell, some). We closed it around 10pm for safety concerns. Lastly we booked what was supposed to be a renovated from and it had peeling paint on windowsill and wall, shower area was not new, etc. I want the truth when booking so I can make informed decisions. This place was definitely not worth the money charged, no breakfast or other amenities to make the room so expensive. We would not stay again as there are many options in the area.

This is our second visit to this hotel. The first was just after 9/11. Our room was on the ground floor on the end. Yes, we could see the seashore. But the road outside our window was closer. Though, the noise during the night was very low. I would love to ban motorcycles at anytime. The bed was very hard and my joints suffered badly. On Monday morning the garbage is picked up from five bins lined up outside our window for the task. Time 7.00 am. Very noisy. There are ten steep steps up to the office. There is a "ramp". I would not like to be the one to push a wheelchair up it, or in the wheelchair coming down it. The restaurant is next to the office.

We were fortunate enough to have the corner room on the second floor and so had a perfect view of the park across the street and the Rocher de Percé and Île Bonaventure across the water. Wonderful. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops. Definitely worth the stay.

Trop cher. 272.51$ taxes inclus pour une petite chambre avec un lit 54p pouce. Réservation avec vue sur la mer par téléphone. La vue sur la mer était plutôt vue sur l'escalier. Je n'ai pas ouvert le fenêtre de la salle de bain car l'extérieur était cassée. J'était client du manoir depuis plusieurs années, l'an prochain je vais aller chez un motel voisin.

Nous recommandons le manoir de Percé Nous y avons séjourné une nuit en juillet 2024. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et propres L’hôtel est idéalement situé et dispose d’un grand parking L’accueil est chaleureux et efficace La literie est confortable

On a pris la chambre superieure, desappointement car la chambre etait petite et il n'y a rien de plus qu'une autres chambre normale, donc garder vos sous (environ 300$ la nuit) pour autre chose. La poignee de la salle de bain etait brise ainsi que l'appareil ou s'ecoule l'eau du bain. Il y avait des insectes morts un peu partout et le menage quotidien etait de base. La bouffe au restaurant est excellente. Decue que le prix soit si eleve pour obtenir rien d'extra.

Literie sale. Tâche sur la couette qui ressemble à du sang. Nous avons dormi sans la couette évidemment. Malheureusement l'accueil était fermé au retour du restaurant. J'ai fais une photo 📷, date et heure, avant de nous coucher. Le lendemain matin, j'ai montré cela à la personne à l'accueil. Elle a reconnu que c'était dégoûtant. Nous avons demandé une remise sur le prix. Rien ! Elle devait demandé au patron, et pas de nouvelles ! J'ai laissé un mail et pas de nouvelles. Nous avons bien été débité de la somme prévue au départ. Même pas d'excuses. Le client n'est pas respecté ici. A fuir.

Parfaitement situé, propre, accueillant, très bonne literie et une vue à couper le souffle. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Bord de plage proche de tous commerces et activités. Bien insonorisé. Petit balcon commun très agréable. Parking gratuit
