Great location and facilities, the beautiful decking area down on the beach where you can step off straight into the lovely warm sea and pool area in the afternoon all excellent. Breakfast has superb choice and service. Also the provision of a 30 min courtesy room at the end of our second day allowing us to wash and change was so useful having a late flight home. Only negative is there is only one mirror in the room which is in the bathroom?? Another (full length) mirror in the main room would be much appreciated.

Lovely hotel visually. Good air con and clean. Staff friendly, parking limited. This hotel for us wasn’t good. When we’re on holiday we want to chill and we like to walk, as soon as you leave the hotel you hit a busy road, with artics and coaches and no footpaths. We started walking and decided it was stupidity. We didn’t have a car for the start of the holiday. Taxis are a fortune and the number 6 bus to Old Town often left us with a massive wait time in sweltering heat again next to this busy road. We therefore hired a car, best thing we did. Two nice restaurants over the road, next to the busy road again though. The hotel had zero atmosphere on a night, nothing happens unless it’s one of the nights that entertainment is on. The sundeck by the sea was lovely, but in the three days we were there we couldn’t get a bed. Didn’t have the holiday feel which we were looking for.

This is a lovely hotel! The staff are cheerful and friendly, and the rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard. The food is quite good, and varied - sometimes rather strange! Nearly all the rooms are sea facing with balconies and spectacular views. The bus timetables are largely a work of fiction, but if you are patient, they are a cheap and easy way of getting about. The down side is the continuous really loud music (with disco beat) round the pool. We stayed 10 days and never used the pool for that reason. Luckily, there is a peaceful little infinity pool which we used instead, and, of course, swimming in the warm sea from the private beach. We had a really memorable holiday.

Lovely Hotel, amazing Family room with a beautiful view. Breakfast and Dinner fresh and tasty. Special word of thanks to Yulli who was so helpful and all the friendly hotel staff. Short drive to airport and the bus to Corfu old town just outside hotel gate, five euros return. Would definitely return again.

We had a lovely stay at the Ray Hotel in Corfu. The room was clean and comfortable, and our cleaner went above and beyond—folding our clothes each morning, which was a really thoughtful touch. The pool was nice (a little shallow and cool), with a peaceful, adults-only vibe overall. The pool bar had a good selection, though we found it quite expensive. For better value, we often went to the restaurant just across the road, where you can get a delicious pork or chicken gyros for only €4. Breakfast at the hotel was great, with a wide range of sweet and savoury options. Dinner wasn’t always to my taste, but the selection was decent enough for what you pay. In hindsight, I’d probably just go for the breakfast-only option. There was some low-key entertainment on a few nights during dinner. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. The hotel is fairly isolated, but there’s a handy supermarket just outside, and the bus stop is close by. It’s about 20 minutes to Corfu Town and 10 minutes to Benitses, a charming fishing village with lots of beachside restaurants. The beach behind the hotel is down a few flights of stairs—lovely and quiet in the morning, though probably not ideal for those with mobility issues. There’s also a small gym with basic cardio and weights equipment, though I didn’t use it myself. A real highlight was watching the planes come in low to the nearby airport—surprisingly fun and never got old! All in all, the hotel offers excellent value for money. While I don’t think I’d return myself, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

My partner and I stayed at the Ray Hotel from 14th may-21st may. We chose this hotel as it was a 7 minute taxi ride to the Ekaterini Estate where our friends were getting married. I had read mixed reviews on the hotel but below is our personal opinion. Firstly, we could not have been happier with the hotel and we have already commented that we plan to return. Room. We booked a sea view room for our stay, we were allocated room 203 and wow, the sea view was perfect and simply stunning - see the pictures. The bathroom was a good size for the two of us, very modern, the bed was comfortable. There was a mini sofa in the bedroom and a balcony with two chairs and a table. There were two large wardrobes, a safe box and mini fridge. We always had the sun on the balcony in the mornings which is perfect if you did not want to leave the room too early but still wanted to enjoy the sunshine. Rooms cleaned daily if you wanted them to be. Pool/Beach area Again pictures attached of the pool and the small beach area. The pool was great however initially very cold when getting in but that’s a bonus when the weather is really warm and you want to cool down. Plenty of sun beds and seating area available! Towels are available from the pool bar for all sun beds. Music plays throughout the day, we found this to be nice and chilled, wasn’t too loud. The small beach area was lovely however I would say this isn’t disability friendly as you do have to go down a lot of steps to get to the decking where the sea is. We only went down there for a morning whilst staying there so we did not go in the sea however someone did tell us it’s slightly warmer than the pool when initially getting in. Food. With our stay we picked the bed and breakfast option and it was perfect. There is a selection of hot foods like toast, eggs, omelette, beans etc and then there is a selection for pastries, cakes and cereals. There was a selection for fresh fruit and yogurts, they also do the most amazing overnight oats - my partner loved these. We cannot comment regarding the lunch/dinner options as we did not eat in the evenings at the restaurant however if we did want to it was €30 euros each to do this. SNACK BAR - we simply loved this and would choose to have our evening meals at the snack bar when eating at the hotel. The selection on the menu is fantastic, plenty of choices from pastas, salads, pizzas, burgers etc - I have included some pictures of the meals we had - great value for money and tasted amazing. Staff. From reception, house keeping, restaurant staff, pool bar staff and maintenance staff - everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We did not come across one rude person (including the guests) whilst staying there. Each morning we would go to reception if we needed to book a taxi for the day, they would take the time and where too and our room number and then organise this for us. They may use a certain taxi firm as we got the same chap a few times but he was very fr

Couldnt fault the hotel, very clean and high spec. Staff were all lovely. We were in room A15 which seemed to be larger than main hotel side. Large balcony with a view of the pool and sea. Air con was brilliant and room was cleaned daily. We were half board, there wasnt a massive variety but different every day and something to suit everyone and all very fresh. I dont feel the hotel was suitable for those with children and there was no food to really suit them. Food from pool bar was beautiful although slightly on the expensive side. There was a lovely little tavern right opposite the hotel which was very reasonable for lunch. There was a supermarket right next to hotel which was ideal and we bought drinks from there rather than the bar. The pool area was lovely and very clean. The pool was freezing but to be expected for that time of year. It wasnt a beach, there was steep stairs down to what i would describe as a man made decking area, it was lovely but not a beach. There wasnt anything around the hotel, you could walk about 15 minutes when turning right out hotel which took you over a walkway across the sea where you could watch the planes take off and land. There was a few restaurants and snack bars there which were lovely with fab views. There were buses on a regular basis outside the hotel where you can go to Corfu town and to a little town the other way. Buses were really cheap and reliable. Taxis were expensive (30Euros to corfu town). Had a fabulous stay but wouldnt stay again purely due to location and there being nothing around.
