"We are a group of 3 that stay in this hotel for 2 days 1 night. It was a good journey to stay at this hotel. Comes with breakfast. I enjoyed the roti canai, fried rice, nuggets, popiah & the hot drinks. Located in a strategic location & managed to find good food that was near to the hotel. Managed to get some coffee & tea from the hotel too."

"Our family had a very comfortable and cozy stay. The hotel's location is highly convenient, with easy access to Butterworth, Bukit Mertajam, and Penang Island. The free parking was a plus.
Although we encountered a minor incident, the operation manager was on duty and promptly addressed the issue. Thanks to Trip.com for helping resolve the matter.
However, the lift in the Fajar Floor building needs upgrading, as the doors close too quickly (within 2-3 seconds), causing them to hit me multiple times. The air conditioning was cool and refreshing, making our stay pleasant.
Compared to other nearby hotels, this one is highly recommended for its cleanliness and overall experience. However, I would suggest more frequent cleaning of the floor carpets for child safety, as children tend to crawl and play on the floor.
Last but not least, the fire escape door should be checked to ensure it is accessible for safety reasons."

"Had a wonderful stay at Ixora Hotel Penang with 6 friends! We booked the 4-bedroom suite and it was perfect for our group. The best part, each room came with its own private bathroom, so no need to wait or rush in the morning. That was a real plus for us!
The welcome at the reception was friendly, and the hotel room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the hotel buffet good variety and delicious food.
The only slight downside is that the megamall next door is nearly closed down, not much to explore there. Luckily, there’s still a Watsons and a small minimart for any essentials.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip!"
