The first appearance of the room was okay. I was excited to see 2 fridge & microwaves only to realize one set was broke. One mattress was so bad, you rolled to the middle. We contacted staff at 7 am after our first night, they said they would look into it, asked them again in the afternoon and they said maintenance didn’t arrive u til 2 pm, asked again at 9 pm and was told there was nothing they could do for us. The room and service definitely doesn’t match what they charge for a room. The Hampton across the street was much cleaner, better customer service and queen size beds instead of full.
