"The room design is very special and the accommodation is very comfortable. The attic room is hot during the day when it is sunny. The hotel does not include breakfast, but there is a restaurant downstairs, which tastes very good. There are some specialty shops near the hotel, which are worth visiting. Most of Penzance's accommodations are on the hillside, not far from the hotel from the train station, but it is tiring to climb the slope with luggage. To all major attractions is to take a car from the railway station. There are several Chinese restaurants on the market steet, which taste pretty good."

"Classic English hotel, my room was recently updated and clean; strange not to have daily cleaning service. Small Single room with sea view was expected and very cosy. Appreciate the soft, thick new carpet. Also the single armchair was well used to enjoy sitting by window for the view. Bathroom was brand new, modern and didn’t blend into environment which is a shame. The water from shower was either too hot or cold; also the shower head could not be fixed into the rail so needed holding up. Restaurant meal was very nice, service was especially friendly and attentive. I would stay again in the near future but remind other guests considering that this is a 3 star hotel so you should appreciate that this is meeting the expectations of this grading. Overall daily service at hotel reception was well appreciated and always greeted when passing . Well done and thank you to the hotel staff!"

If you come by car, you need to call the hotel to book a parking space, about 4.5 pounds a day parking fee. 4. The hotel's cancellation policy is to cancel 14 days in advance. 5. The corridor of the hotel is relatively narrow and there is no elevator, and it may not be convenient to have too much luggage."

"The entire hotel has only a ”new start” and a newly built hut ”Penwith” with only ”4 rooms” can live in, all the rooms in the main hotel are very shabby and more hotel than a hotel. The 16-square-meter ”Penwith 4” room type I stayed in is already the second highest-level room type in this hotel, and I have to try my luck... I can't choose 1, 2, 3 or 4 when booking. To summarize: room types 1 and 2 are on the first floor, room types 3 and 4 need to go up through a very narrow corridor, which is very inconvenient to carry large luggage; the bed is very soft and there are a lot of hair on the floor. Cobwebs, the bathroom area is about 6 square meters, ”compared to” the feeling of the guest room... it's quite spacious. Breakfast is the most common English breakfast...no surprises, and nothing special. Because it is a guest... so parking is free. Because it is near the sea, the wind is particularly strong. There is nothing worth spending time around. Unless you are visiting the small town of Penzance 10 miles away, the recommended stay for two nights is the limit. Living in this place does not have the term ”enjoy”, it is just for ”staying down”, and the price is low!"

"Great little B&B pub our room not to big but had everything in side very clean breakfast excellent but don’t forget to stay for the evening meal lots of great locals in the pub made us feel very welcome, owner always on hand if needed , definitely would stay again"
