Это не отель, а скорее хостел. Единственный плюс - находится в центре города. Матрасы и подушки неудобные. В номерах слышно, когда кто-то ночью идет в туалет. Кстати, туалет и душ НЕ В НОМЕРЕ, а в коридоре, тоже пронумерованные, индивидуальные для каждого номера. Но то, что нельзя выйти в трусах туда, нужно одеваться полностью - уже минус. Огромные окна, от которых мощно дует и слышно всё с улицы. Ночью просыпалась раз 5 от шума за стеной и на улице. Завтрак отвратительный, давно на такой ужасный завтрак не попадали. Каша пересоленная, омлет тоже, сосиска совершенно без вкуса, сарделька картонная. Кофе хоть и из кофемашины, но ужасный. Чай с лимоном - единственное, что было ок. Пришлось искать другое место для завтрака. Не посоветую друзьям точно.

часто езжу в этот отель и до недавнего времени все устраивало. А в последнюю поездку ждал сюрприз: завтрак теперь выдают как в советские времена. Состав: каша, 2 сосиски, тонкий кружечек огурца и тонкий кружочек помидора, квадратик столовского белкового омлета. На второй день были блинчики, но не всем хватило, что очень странно учитывая, что они сами выдают завтрак и знают сколько гостей с оплаченным завтраком. Попросила сделать яичницу вместо омлета - отказ. Первый раз такое встречаю. Во всех отелях всегда без проблем можно попросить яичницу и никогда не встречала отказ. Самое поразительное: нельзя ничего не брать- говорю "не кладите кашу и сосиски - не ем их", а мне говорят "мы выдаем поднос, а вы потом сами отнесите, что не будете есть - вдруг потом пожалуетесь, что мы вам что-то не выдали". ВАУ. Вроде наоборот век развития, но в этом отеле пошло к деградации. Из + : чистые номера, но очень жарко, топят от души.

Тихое и уютное место в центре города. Номера чистые, всегда есть горячая и холодная вода. В номере нет электрочайника. На этаже есть кулер, но вода только холодная. Сам персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Идут на встречу если попросить. Нам , у примеру, заказали экскурсию в Куваку в новогодний праздничный день Сервис отличный Понравились и завтраки, повар готовит вкусно, нет не так, Очень ВКУСНО!!! ЦЕНЫ приемлемые. В номерах не курят, но с утра в ванной пахло сигаретами, кто то не соблюдает правила. Неисправности с сантехникой (бывает).
