Very friendly and helpful staff on the reception desk. Would stay again. Train station shops and city centre are a 10 minutetaxi/car ride away.

Really good service, great price, good room size and so clean will definitely stay again. Room size was fab and the room was so clean with good amenities. Reception very welcoming and will definitely stay there again. Great breakfast and really good selection too.

Great nights stay and it was all down to India, she went absolutely above and beyond. Her greeting on our arrival was perfect. When we got into the room the heating wasn’t working and she came and sorted it out for us straight away. She gave us some great recommendations and was super friendly. India is such an asset to your brand! Thank you!

The bed was really comfy the pillows too the rooms was spacious and warm tv worked also we had a room clean why we stayed here which was done to a high standard and the housekeepers were very friendly and helpful also the receptionists were brilliant and very helpful would reccomend staying here to anyone we will be back again soon.

lovely hotel, heating wasn’t working at first but the receptionist josh was incredibly helpful and fixed it in no time, no request was too much. will definitely be coming back again! wifi wasn’t the best but still worked, pub next door was great for a quick bite too!

The reception staff was so helpful and so friendly, went out of there way to help, lovely and clean, will be coming back to stay and the showers are a great way to wake up and start the day and the breakfast was amazing to iv not got a bad thing to say about our stay, cant wait to come back, 2 nights turned to 4, thank you so much to the reception staff

India the employee was Absolutely amazing, she’s been in the best mood and right attitude towards me and my girlfriend all the weekend and gave us a few gifts such as chocolate and some water also a fan for our bedroom when it was too hot to bare amazing experience she’s really nice and friendly ask for India if she’s about thank you🙌

This is a really good Premier Inn. Lots of FREE parking. The whole place was spotlessly clean. My room was very comfortable, clean and warm. Breakfast was delicious. I was greeted at reception by India, she was very friendly and professional - a real credit to Premier Inn !
