I recently stayed with my family and it was excellent. The entire room was very clean and the beds/linen were crisp and tight. The front desk customer service representative knows how to greet a new customer, she was outstanding. It will now be the first place I think of staying when I return to the Pensacola area. Even after I checked into my room I was contacted to see if the room was to my satisfaction and if there was anything else needed. God job!!!!
