Perfection We will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area. Great location, house was exactly as the pictures indicated. 5 minutes from the beach. 2 minutes to Publix. Plenty of room inside the house and in the back yard. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Cheer Comp Weekend We were looking for a place close to the Pensacola Bay Center for a cheer competition but didnt want to be caught in all the crowded areas. This place was perfect, the house has plenty of room and is a very short drive to Johnsons Beach and plenty of good eating. Have already recommended this house to others for their beach trips.

Family beach vacation Great location and property with our 12 yr old daughter and 3 dogs, house was perfect size and as advertised in photos. No issues accept the master bathroom toilet stopped working our second night. The host offered to fix and was very responsive, but we opted to just use the other two bathrooms instead. Also the outdoor porch light was out which made it hard to see the sprinklers when we were returning at night so I got sprayed a few times, but overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay again!!!

Pensacola Beach House Great House for a Family Reunion !! You can see the Canal from the driveway , can walk the kids to the Playground , go to a good Seafood Restaurant or to a fresh Seafood Store ( which we did a number of times ) which is sooo good !! The Beach we went to the most was Johnson's Beach , there is a fee after 8am but it has Showers , Lifeguards & a Pavilion with lots of picnic tables !!
