It was a dead fly in the window seal it was. It was burn holes in the covers. The pillows were throw pillows I purchased my own while there.

This hotel boost “sound proof rooms”. I should’ve known then! There weren’t even full pillows on the bed. The bed sounded like a tin can when you sat on it. The halls and room stunk. Definitely felt like a shady hotel. We checked out within five minutes of checking in. Don’t waste your time.

First floor reeked of pot. Non stop noise all night long. Room smelled bad and housekeeping left a large container of overflowing trash in the hallway. Booked for two nights, I wound up leaving to go to a different hotel on the second night.

Our mini fridge wasn t cold at all. Knob for temperature gauge was missing. Ice machine on 2 floors wasn t working. And we had to change our sheets before getting into bed because we found alot of hairs in them!
The staff was friendly and attentive when we spoke to them. Bed was comfortable. Except bed pillows were size of square couch pillows ( small), not regular size bed pillows.

I prefer hot water for a shower, but therr was none. There was also a strong sewage smell on my floor.

The water was not very hot. There was only a shower, no bathtub.
They did not provide samples of shampoo or even soap until we requested them. We had three people but only two towels. There was a thirty dollar fee to check in early. It was clean but other than that not a great place to stay.
And no coffee available after 9 a.m.

-Room still being clean upon arrival
Had to sit in the hallway upstairs while the room was still being cleaned😩
I entered the room and could instantly hear a party next door to me go figure! i then happen to notice a extra door in my room where I then contacted front desk and was told that door connects to the other room and no one can access but staff that weirded me out because I’ve stayed here previously and didn’t have that extra door. I asked to be moved but of course I was denied I booked non-smoking king not a non-smoking joined king. It was a very uncomfortable two days and I should be compensated for that stay but who really cares cause I prolly won’t ever return ! Pls ******* stop advertising breakfast included that’s very false !

First of all, I reserved the room online and requested to pay at the property. When I got there they already charged me but put me as no show. The man at front desk was complaining that why I came so late for check in. After he checked me in he immediately asked me for tip, and I said, I thought I suppose to tip you when I check out. Then when I attempt to open my room door the key was not working so, I came back and he blamed me for the key not working. So finally he gave me another key. Also, there was no drinking water, no ice, fridge was off, and the curtains were smaller than the windows. So good luck with the sun light on your face early morning. In addition, there were some bugs inside the room.
