We stayed at La Beytina for my brother's wedding at Chateau de Pennautier and couldn't have been happier with our choice. While many opted to stay at the Chateau itself, we found La Beytina to be a hidden gem - quiet, relaxing and very comfortable, yet less than a 5-minute walk from the chateau and other village sights. Leila and Pascal were so friendly and welcoming and happy to make recommendations throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here and will come back should our travels ever bring us this way again!

This is a gem of an inn! We had a choice of staying at the Chateau or at La Beytina. We chose well by staying here! The friendly hostess Leila was gracious and helpful. Her breakfasts were magnifique! The pool is a lovely respite from the hot sun with wine and beer available to purchase poolside. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. Our spacious room had a sunny balcony with seating which let in a lovely breeze. In contrast to many European bathrooms the shower was spacious, well lit, and had nice storage for your toiletries. There was also ample space to store your clothing in the bedroom with a desk and seating. We would gladly go back and spend another week at this lovely respite!

La Beytina is a fantastic bed & breakfast. Leïla is a super-host, she is very welcoming and always there to assist. Her breakfast, with many things she made herself, is fabulous. The pool area is a great area to sit and relax as well as eat breakfast. The rooms and common areas are nicely decorated. The bedroom has a ceiling fan which was needed in June. We could not have asked for more. We truly felt spoiled and welcomed in here B&B. We would love to come back one day to see more of the area.

La Beytina is a quiet oasis in Pennautier, 8km from Carcassone . Its kind , gentle hosts Leïla and Pascal can't do enough. Ideally situated to easily discover this gorgeous pocket of France. Whether you visit Carcasonne's medieval city, surrounding beaches or the magnificent surrounding villages of Lagrasse or Montolieu to name just a few , you will not be disappointed. La Beytina is just five rooms , spotlessly clean with a good typically French breakfast. It's great pool will keep you cool in the Summer heat also having great shade when needed. Rooms are an eclectic mix of decor with great attention to detail. We can only highly recommend and will definitely return. A car, I would say is needed to explore but not necessary if you just want to chill by the pool. Restaurant recommendations are a must from Leila and Pascal. They definitely know all the best places .

Really enjoyed our stay at the charming La Beytina. We were warmly welcomed by the very helpful owner Leïla, who provided a super breakfast with many home made elements. We enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace in the lovely garden. We had been let down for our dinner reservation and Leïla kindly recommended and booked dinner for us at the super La Bergerie in Aragon. We would have liked to have stayed longer to explore the region and would like to thank Leïla for her hospitality.

We had a lovely one night stay in the Bahia room with pool, which was perfect. The breakfast was good and generous. But, above all, Leila and Pascal were the perfect hosts. Advising us of the best local restaurants, helping us with taxis and even driving us to the airport. Thoroughly recommended!

Leïla, la maîtresse de maison a su faire de ce lieu un endroit merveilleux. Tout est beau ici, la maison, la décoration, les meubles, les extérieurs et intérieurs. Chaque détail dans cette maison d’hôte nous charme. L’atmosphère est chaleureuse et familiale. Leïla y met tout son cœur. Les petits déjeuners sont tous les jours différents mais toujours un régal. À proximité de Carcassonne et de tous les sites uniques de la région. Foncez à la Beytina!

Il n y a rien à redire…..tout est parfait…..de la chambre à l accueil exceptionnel de Leïla et Pascal, en passant par le petit déjeuner royal ou encore les transats au bord de la piscine ….à si j oubliais…….encore mille Merci…et à bientôt Vos hôtes

Un accueil très chaleureux qui sait tout de suite nous mettre dans une zenitude totale. Le cadre est très joliment décoré avec une mention toute particulière pour l’espace piscine où règne une atmosphère de tranquillité et d’apaisement. Le petit déjeuner se prend en extérieur au calme à l’ombre d’une vigne qui recouvre cette pergola aux traits baroques et méditerranéens. Ce petit déjeuner est juste gargantuesque, et ne peut qu’annoncer une bonne journée. Encore merci de ces moments. Je recommande chaudement.
