The hotel is in a great location, just opposite the beach, and is the best choice for watching the sunrise early in the morning. The hotel is new, the room is clean, there is no refrigerator or kettle, maybe it's cold at the beach. There is an underground parking lot opposite, and it feels like it's okay to park on the roadside. I forgot to buy breakfast the day before, but when I bought it the next day, it was still given to me at the booked price, which was very nice

The cleanest and best interior finishing quality hotel I have seen in Spain! Personnel active and notices details, rooms clean and fresh, cleaning quality excellent, walls and doors noise isolation level great. Breakfast and dinner quality good, (only suggestion would be adding basic veggies like cucumber and tomato to breakfast selection). Location excellwnt and easy to access. Parking secure and isolated. Best stay of Spanish approx 20 hotels I have seen. Also beats some 5 star specimens.

We really enjoyed our visit. Excellent location just near the beach and a short walk to the old town. We enjoyed the buffet style food in the hotel's restaurant. The room was small but had everything we needed. We were there during the "Moors and Christians" festival - a highlight especially with the fireworks and costumed groups in the parade. The resort and hotel is popular with the Spanish and French is often easier to communicate with as a second language rather than English - although don't be put off if you only speak English. Long day trips to Valencia and Morella were also highlights but an especially long day visiting Valencia. The trains work reliably. Taxi from Benicarlo station to the hotel was 18 euros. A good and memorable trip.

A stylish hotel with spartan design, stunning sea views, and a fantastic location right next to the seafront LOCATION: Located in the heart of North beach and with easy access to the castle and all key points of interest DINE + DRINK: Lovely rooftop bar that is not to be missed as well as a chilled-out cafe /lounge near the lobby - both with stunning views of the castle and ocean ROOM: We stayed in Room 301, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Million-dollar views of the sea and castle from the cute balcony attached to the room; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good cosmetics FACILITIES: The biggest letdown was the very pool ‘Gym’ which was nothing more than a tiny room with a couple of worn-out machines! The outdoor pool was decent SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to ANGELA at the front office for enhancing our stay HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free LOW-SPEED Wi-Fi (around 10 Mbps) that works well all over the property. Huge Plasma TV screen dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment - PRIMARILY IN SPANISH ONLY!

We (3 people) saw this hotel on booking and were close by. Then just walked inside. Hotel offered higher price. After checking with the boss, it was still possible at the price that booking indicated. I'm already not happy about it. Then we were given two very small rooms. Not so bad for one person, but if there are two of you... Then to make matters worse: we wanted to use the spa that the hotel so cheerfully advertises. This was possible for an additional payment of a considerable amount per hour. Well, scammers. Everything else was clean and the hotel is beautifully located. But returning here? No.

We went to have breakfast at the cafeteria and paid the most surreal bill in history. 2 coffees, 2 orange juices and 2 toasts: €22.30 To make matters worse, they didn't have anything for the toasts (only tomato or butter and jam) and for that price, they could have brought them assembled and not had them prepared by the customer. .. It's a shame how they take advantage of people and tourism.

Our experience the weekend was very good, small hotel but excellent standard, new throughout the place, dining room service a delight, varied food, very nice waitress Lorena, attention at all times, good paellas, all fresh and a variety of sweet desserts, my wife loved it I tasted a lot of tartlets with fruit, grapes and mousse with cherry. I recommend larger plates, hahaha, thank you
