Amazing place.stayed here twice now. Large room with the most amazing view. On arrival the owner gave a small tour of the Horses and goats. Very accomodating, rural, peaxeful and just a short drive to Local amenities. Great choice of breakfast, i went for the full Scottish which was absolutely spot on Highly recomended

Lovely serene farm with beautiful mountains. Lots to do for kids, brilliant hosts and breakfast. Lots of animals to go see and can even pamper a clydesdale. Parking is at property and very close to Edinburgh centre and other places. Cant wait to go back next year.

It was very clean, good size room. The breakfast was excellent. The lady who took care of us was so helpful and kind..It's just 25 minutes away from the Edinburgh city center. It was peaceful area.There were horses, donkeys, pigs, chickens and dogs around.

Our second time here and we'll definitely be back again. Beautiful, spacious rooms which are very clean and smartly decorated. The owners are very friendly and nothing is too much bother. They also provide a delicious breakfast with a variety of options available.

A fantastic B&B in a stunning location. The accommodation is spacious, warm, very clean and with views that are amazing. It was a delight to have a look at the horses, donkeys and goats, and to chat about them with their owner. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was a great start to a busy day. The family that run Peggyslea Farm were attentive and always happy to chat. A place of calm, just a short journey from the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh city centre,

We loved our stay at Peggyslea Farm. Annette made us feel very welcome and relaxed. The B&B is in beautiful surroundings, the rooms were spotlessly clean. The breakfast was amazing and Annette very friendly and helpful. We took our 5 month puppy who still needs to go out in the middle of night but it was no problem at all. We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend. We also recommend dining at the Gordon Arms. The locals were friendly and the food was really good and reasonably priced.

The room was Massive! And it had very good access to Edinburgh. With a Tesco's extra only 10 mins drive. Check in was really smooth and quick. We were able to keep the milk for our little one in the fridge. There is a kitchen that you can use. And a nice breakfast room overlooking the fields and mountains. . Plenty of activities at the farm, weather permitting.Would highly recommend

It was the most magical place to stay for the weekend. The snow didn’t bother us in fact it just made it look more beautiful. We felt so relaxed. The bedrooms were lovely and big and homely. Annette and her daughter were amazing. The food was fantastic. The animals were super cute we loved having cuddles with them all. Can’t wait to return next year now.
