弊：
1. 早餐一般般 衹有炒的素菜、饅頭、牛奶，沒有包子燒賣什的，總之不怎麼豐富；
2. 早上9:30打錯電話讓我挪車，説我車是灰色，但我車明明是白色，放假本來想睡賴覺的被吵醒了；
3. 房間外走廊燈/樓梯間的燈不知道不亮還是感應不好，晚上上下樓看不見；
4. 房間沒有垃圾桶，衹有廁所有垃圾桶；
5. 床頭插座不夠用，插了電熱毯就沒法手機充電；
6.衞生間洗澡空間不大且光照不足，關上了玻璃我感覺到害怕。
利：
1. 電熱毯暖和；
2.角度找對了拍拍照還是可。

民宿硬件設施和環境還是很不錯的，可惜了就是管理混亂，這麼好的一個民宿體驗感那麼差！服務人員問什麼都不知道，辦理入住也是等了很久，門卡打不開門，出了問題也是處理不了，幾個服務員都站在旁邊看着！多幾個人到前台要處理問題也是混亂一片，讓等着，更不用説先來後到了！等了很久！停車也是亂停亂放，一輛車把所有車都堵死在裏面了！問服務員也是一問三不知！最後讓遊客自己在哪裡爭執，也沒有解決問題！房間這麼冷的天空調是壞的！床上用品也是潮濕潤的！要求換房也沒有房可以換！答應處理卻很晚都沒有處理好，也沒有回覆，大晚上的衹能憋着繼續住！想找其他酒店都沒有辦法！房間沒有電話，有什麼問題自己樓上樓下的跑很多趟去找人，問到服務員也是一問三不知，説自己都是幫忙的，要問老闆！而老闆又不在！房間垃圾桶都沒有，衹有廁所有，問了服務員説為了整潔不配垃圾桶！這個理由也是無語了！總之一句話，管理太混亂了，服務體驗感太差了！態度也是一言難盡……可惜了這個硬件環境都不錯的地方！

服務質量一言難盡，分以下幾點：
1. 去之前給店家打了快一個小時電話想確定是否需要核酸，一直是佔線狀態。後面通過聯繫攜程客服才瞭解到具體情況，真的讓人蠻無語🙄
2. 當地天氣寒冷，山上景區都鋪滿雪了，氣温都是5度這種極冷天氣。酒店房間居然沒有充足的取暖設備，房間兩張床衹有一個電熱毯，陰濕冰冷的床怎麼受得了。去問店家多要點厚被子，沒有。 電熱毯，不夠。
3. 房間的掛機空調製熱效果特別不好，可能是我那個房間的問題，開始我還沒意識到，是朋友來串門説我這邊怎麼那麼冷我才發現我這邊空調根本不制熱，温度幾乎和室外一樣，我在房間裏都不敢脱外套，手腳一直都暖不起來。這個時候尋找店家要求解決，店家一個年紀大一點的男子態度極其惡劣！！！（劃重點！是極其惡劣！！！😡） 很不耐煩的給我説沒有新的房間，衹能給我那個取暖器上來，我説好。 之後取暖器拿來了，擺起個臭臉拿進來的，就跟我欠他的一樣，我態度很平和的問他這個管用不，他理都不理我，當我不存在一樣，極度不尊重人！！！！什麼態度啊？ 我來消費你給我甩臉色？ ！！而且我是合理訴求我又沒讓你給我燒火燒炭，有你們這樣對待客户的嗎？
我真的想説這位大爺運氣好遇到我們這羣體面有素質的顧客不想大晚上和你們鬧，也不想影響其他人休息。換個素質差的脾氣爆的早就鬧的天翻地覆了。 你們家那個年輕小夥態度倒是像個服務業該有的樣子。勸貴店以後不要讓這位“大爺”出來砸你們的門牌，好好的生意都要做垮。
4.住了那麼多形形色色的酒店民宿，第一次遇到沒有大浴巾的住宿，一個房間總共就衹有兩個小毛巾，其他的配套基本符合普遍標準，不是很懂店家為啥和毛巾過不去
總結下來就是，接待能力太弱，服務水平極低。

環境很好，老闆很熱情，飯菜也超好吃，房間環境非常乾淨，洗漱用品也很齊全！性價比非常高！而且離太陽灣風景區很久，吃了飯也可以去下面温泉泡温泉！下次還會來！
