房間還是比較乾淨，比較寬大，設施方面不夠完善，衹有兩張床，一個電視機條桌，一張椅子，沒有櫃子，小茶几及坐椅，放東西不太方便，帶的行李箱都衹能平放在地上拿放東西。作為民宿價格275元一天間，配置比較同類型價位的城市的酒店配置還是要差一點點！環境方面沒有民宿的感覺？

不錯，在商業街，環境好，周邊咖啡館很多，離温泉也近，可以走寶山綠道大概一個小時就差不多完成了，老少皆宜

2020年來過一次，當時住店附近是可以玩水的，但今年不行了，不準遊人隨便下水，河道都被封了，如果想玩水的話得另找地方，或者走到太陽灣景區或更裏面，在附近散步可以看看風景。這家民宿條件中等，不太隔音，基本生活用品都有，不過這次去發現旁邊派出所的邊上出現個工地，所以住朝向派出所一側的房間會有點吵。老闆娘還是那麼熱情好客，有問題找她都能儘可能的解決。
最後提點建議：這個地方夏天確實涼快，不過還是有些潮濕的，如果房間裏以後能配置抽濕機就更好了，連空調都不用開。廚師的手藝還需磨練，感覺沒有2020年那會的廚師做的好吃了，味道偏淡。

房間就和圖片一樣，沒差別，乾淨衞生，老闆也熱情，就是臨路邊很早過車那些有點吵。去温泉或者景區都不遠。

水平就是120的農家樂的水平，平台上賣四百多一個房間，不如住附近的寶山温泉了。進門就是一種説不出來的臭味。房間也不是特別的乾淨。 街對面有很多比它便宜還乾淨的。窗簾拉開就是一堵爛牆。攜程上的商家照片也很多不是他家，是他家附近的景觀。而且這家在大路邊 也沒啥可以散步的。最煩的是早上起來沒有水沖廁所，衹有非常燙的熱水。洗頭洗臉刷牙都十分不方便。而且設施都很陳舊。老闆的態度也不是特別好。
