What surprised me most was the washing machine and dryer equipped in the public area. The cleaning aunt carefully maintained it every day. The clean and new equipment allowed me to change into fresh clothes at any time even though I was away for a long time. What's more touching is that the hotel also set up a special area to help the disabled sell handmade products. This care and support for the vulnerable groups not only made me feel full of warmth, but also made me feel the social responsibility and responsibility of the hotel. Whether it is the service temperature, the details of the facilities, or this warm and kind act, it makes this solo trip extraordinary!
