房間很好，早餐特別豐富，周邊吃飯非常方便，火鍋店特別多，就是忘記拍照片了，前台服務熱情，停車也特別方便！

萬和真的沒有之前好了，設施設備舊了。重點門一點不隔音，門縫還漏光。。一晚上都沒怎麼睡好，一直聽着關門的哐當哐當的關門聲音。過道的説話聲。。。。

用攜程以來第一次差評，實在是忍無可忍了。酒店差就算了，前台服務員還很兇，真是花錢買罪受。
1.酒店特別老舊，屋子裡的傢俱破破爛爛的，像從垃圾堆裏撿來拼湊的。
2.房間特別臭，應該是地毯多年未換的原因，是又悶又黴的臭。
3.服務員像沒有培訓過一樣，特別是前台個子最高那個女服務員態度極其惡劣，真的是讓我大開眼界。因為她，我專門寫下這個差評。辦理入住的時候她拿了漏墨的筆給我簽字，我告訴她漏墨，她還和我爭論，她拿着寫一下字就知道的事情，有什麼值得爭論的呢？拿房卡給我的時候，她也是單手往枱面上一扔就了事了，我第一次遇到不用雙手遞，反而單手拋在桌面上，讓客户自己從桌子上撿的。我訂的訂單是有兩份早餐的，這個女服務員也衹給我一份早餐券，我都説了等會兒到，她偏不給早餐券。
4.退房很久了都不退按金，打酒店電話也沒有人接，後面聯繫了攜程客户才把按金遲遲推還給我。

第三次入住此酒店 對上一次 可能已是四五年前了 今次再選此酒店 有一點點失望 酒店設施已有點陳舊 還有個老問題 就是水壓不足 沖涼 要花多一點時間😅

所謂的旅遊四星級酒店被前台一個臉上長紅豆豆的女人搞得一踏糊塗，首先基本禮儀都不懂，一張牛肉臉喪起，愛理不理的樣子，如果是老闆娘你這麼任性我無話可説，要是小老闆娘你純粹是給萬和酒店老總挖坑，是想讓他早一天破產。如果兩樣身份你都不沾，你這種自信從何來？

房間有很大一股黴味，連續住了兩天，白天都沒有打掃房間衞生。和以前相差太大了。不推薦住這家，性價比太差了。
