房間衞生不好，設施不齊全，衞生間的防滑墊都沒有，空調不制熱。沒有專用停車位，無法停車。消防疏散通道設定也不完善。
服務態度不好，網上系統明確告知免收按金，但辦入住時強行要求交按金，否則不辦入住。 早餐很差，連開水都沒有，牛奶、豆漿更不用説了，問服務員回答説“太忙了沒時間做，衹有稀飯”。

前台小姐姐人很好，服務很棒，但是衞生巾馬桶蓋有點臟，然後較多設施輕微損壞，燈，門框，牆，隔音不好，我連隔壁房間睡覺打呼嚕按開關的聲音都聽得到。
