真的超級差，房間的被子都沒有換過，被子上還有油，房間一股味道，樓下是個炸**，房間裏面全是油煙味

環境：房間不通風，樓下的炸**，排煙管就在房間的窗子邊，裏面全是油煙味
設施：開關都是失靈的，要開半天才能把燈打開，還不給房卡，出去後進房間還要喊前台開門

雖然是特價房，但也不能這樣廉價吧，而且我就坐了一會準備去找前台説不住了，結果前台沒人，等半個小時也沒人，無語，當時就聯繫同程客服處理，兩個小時後才給我説已經過了兩小時不能退房，無語，這是誰的錯，本來協商説了衹要商家同意就能退，結果打電話給前台説不給我退，就是貪那麼幾十塊錢唄，對於你們來説那衹是幾十塊錢，對於一個在外的學生來説那是幾天的生活費了。這樣的商家給一星都多餘。
