The room is spacious, the bathroom and toilet are well designed, and the location is super convenient The public leisure space is not ideal: the swimming pool is average in size, there is only a gym but only until 7pm, the children's playroom is OK, but there is no leisure space for teenagers.

The service is good. You can book a free pick-up service from the airport to the hotel. The buffet in the evening is not bad, but there are few types of meat and seafood. The pick up service from the airport was wonderful. Most of the ladies at the front is nice except one is impatient. She would recommend what time I should leave for the airport, she said it was my choice, however, she did give me the approximate time it would take. I just wish she was kinder.

Thank you very much for your patient reply. The parents went to Wuhu for the first time with friends. They were not familiar with the place of life. They asked many questions about the hotel staff. I am also very grateful to the hotel for the transportation arrangement. We are very relieved. The parents are also happy to live. In terms of the CP value of the room rate, the room size is moderate, the breakfast is OK, and you can also eat the local brown sugar cake. It seems that there are many group guests, but unfortunately the breakfast is only served until 9:00am, but the service staff kindly allowed us to extend it to 9:20am.

My stay at this hotel was good. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again in the future but future guest must be mindful that the sound insulation in the room is not great so outside noise does come in but it's not very disturbing. Also, it would be nice if the hotel can clean the A/C unit as that in particular had a scent coming from it or use some scented bags to give the room some sweet smelling essence. Overall, I enjoyed the few days I spent here.

It's upstairs at the bus terminal, very close to the fireworks display, and the location is convenient. Breakfast is simple. One night's stay and an airport pick-up or drop-off is a major attraction for accommodation. It would have been nice to have a scooter booking service. We booked it 24 hours a day starting from the evening. When we picked up the car, the helmet was still a little wet and smelly. It rained the day before and it felt like it was not tidied up. At least we should change to a dry helmet. When we checked out at 8:30 in the morning, the front desk said it was timed out. We were surprised because when we paid, the person at the car dealership said that we could just go to the front desk to check out. We believed the car dealership when they said they didn't have to return the keys first at night, but they still needed more money. We collected money for a day, and then the counter said that it was written in the contract. It was very annoying. That was what the car dealership told us. Were they there? In order to catch the flight, I had to pay first. Afterwards, I thought that if I had to, I should pay the car dealership. In the end, it was strange that the hotel had to charge the money despite being irresponsible!

The service staff are very kind and the efficiency is good. Breakfast is simple but delicious and makes up fast. The bed and pillows are good to sleep. Although there is a little distance from the city, it is not far away and close to the pier, which is very convenient. The only downside is that the air conditioner is a bit loud.

The location is in the city center. It is very convenient for shopping and close to the port. The overall room facilities are very good and clean. It is very convenient to live in a backpacker room with bathroom facilities. This is my favorite point. The service staff is okay. Due to lack of manpower, their faces are a bit smelly and they talk very fast, but the service is good and it's hard work. I will choose this place next time I go to Penghu!
