"I am a regular & loyal guest to SVR. Unfortunately, this trip was a nightmare because the HOUSEKEEOING TEAM FAILED TO MAKE & CLEAN MY ROOM. THUS, I HAVE TO REQUEST FOR ALL THE TOILETRIES. INTERNALLY, THEY HAVE COMMUNICATION ISSUE - NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSED & NOT PROFESSIONAL Fortunately, the RECEPTION TEAM @ BEAUTIFUL LADIES AND THE DEDICATED WELL DISCIPLINED SECURITY OFFICERS assist me with all the necessities. Good Job The housekeeping supervisor extended his apology during checkout, but it is too late. Despite all the feedback, I will still come again because of convenience."

"My boyfriend and I stayed at Sebana Cove Resort in Desaru to celebrate his birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. Before our arrival, I had mentioned in the booking notes that we were celebrating his birthday, and the staff went above and beyond by adding a small, thoughtful touch to decorate the room. We were truly grateful for their attention to detail. The room was spotless, and the view from the balcony overlooking the marina was absolutely stunning. What stood out most was the peaceful and serene environment, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The quiet ambiance allowed us to really enjoy each other’s company in a calm, chill setting. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, which made our stay even more special. I highly recommend Sebana Cove Resort for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with great service and beautiful surroundings. "The location is wonderfully peaceful and quiet, far from the city buzz – my mom absolutely adored it. Breakfast was fantastic; the roti canai and spiced chicken were particularly delicious. Our room was comfortable, and having a microwave was a great bonus. Buggies are conveniently provided for getting around the property. However, the WiFi speed was a bit sluggish. Also, it's quite a drive from Desaru, roughly 30 minutes away."

"It is right on the street, very convenient for transportation and dining. It is about 10 minutes away from Miao Village, suitable for family travel. Across the street is the Internet celebrity check-in coffee shop. High cost performance"

"Clean, location by the sea.. room with balcony. Nmpk sea view, every room has a kitchen sink and electric stove... Cume parking is a bit difficult...here you are fighting with seafood Chinese cuisine customers... Overall solid"

"I STAYED FOR 3 DAYS 2 NIGHT DURING WEEKDAY FROM WEDNESDAY TO FRIDAY. VERY PEACEFUL AND TRANQUIL ENVIRONMENT. I REALLY ENJOYED MY VACATION HERE AS IT HELPS TO CLEAR MY MIND AND REJUVENATE MY SOUL. PROS : 1) GOT BEAUTIFUL, SERENE & PRISTINE PRIVATE BEACH. MORE PRIVACY. 2) FOOD WAS CHEAPER, AFFORDABLE AND SCRUMPTIOUS. 3) ENVIRONMENT VERY PEACEFUL. 4) CAN HEAR THE WAVES SOUND OF THE BEACH WHEN YOU OPEN THE SLIDING DOOR 5) I CONQUER THE SWIMMING POOL BECAUSE PEOPLE WAS A FEW ONLY. NO ONE SWIMMING THERE ONLY ME ;) 6) WITNESSED VERY BEAUTIFUL SUNRISE FROM MY ROOM BALCONY CONS: 1) THE LOCATION QUITE FAR FROM THE CITY. I NEED TO PAY 2 TOLS, ONE AT SENAI AND ANOTHER ONE AT PENAWAR 2) THE FOOD SERVICE WAS REALLY SLOW EVENTHOUGH THERE ARE NOT MANY PEOPLE DURING MY STAY. 3) THE BREAKFAST BUFFET ONLY BEEN SERVED DURING MY 1ST DAY AND ON THE SECOND DAY ONLY ALA CART BREAKFAST ARE AVAILABLE. 4) THE STAFF SOME ARE VERY FRIENDLY, WHILE THE OTHER STAFF ARE NOT SO FRIENDLY. NEED TO IMPROVE ON THE PR. OVERALL, I ENJOYED MY 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS STAY"

"What a fantastic getaway! If you're looking to recharge, this is the perfect spot. It's beautifully secluded and surrounded by nature. Just a heads-up, there aren't any shops, bars, or restaurants nearby, so you won't be able to step outside the resort without a car. But the peacefulness is truly remarkable! You'll definitely enjoy the complete tranquility and can rely on the resort’s resources for everything you need."
