The housekeeping leave much to be desired The shower had multiple examples of hair including ***** ones Front desk was apologetic but still someone needs to oversee the staff Location was excellent but bring your own shampoo there is none in the room

Stay at Pendleton East instead. Pendleton West's manager was totally unresponsive : We called to cancel and the receptionist confirmed that there would be no charge. I repeated the question and was assured there would be no charge. A full charge appeared on my credit card. 5 times over the next four weeks I called and was told the manager was on vacation and would call me. Never happened. Even after contacting corporate customer service, whom emailed the manager, no response from the manager. It's true that I was cancelling on the day of and the Motel6 Pendleton West has a "Day Prior" cancellation policy. However, I was doubly reassured that there would be no charge. I found it way unreasonable for the manager to keep stonewalling after phone calls, emails directly to them (I got the email from customer service), contacts from customer service.
