WOW, WOW, WOW - Blok Restaurant is absolutely stunning. The decor is insane, and DJ is playing lovely laid-back tunes. The staff are fantastic, really well trained and so welcoming. The food was sublime. This is a real treat, but the prices are so reasonable.

Absolutely lovely venue, spa was perfect. Full body massage was incredible! Would highly recommend even had a double room for the massage which was awesome. The spa staff were warm and welcoming will definitely be coming back! The brunch was so appetising!

Simply stunning! Arrived to be met with a stunning building. Greeted by professional and knowledgeable staff. Room was exceptional and extremely spacious. Enjoyed a drink in the garden while we waited for our food reservation. Restaurant staff were fantastic. Food was absolutely perfect. Robes provided for spa were soft and fluffy. Spa was calming with soft music and lovely decor. Pool was a little smaller than expected but lovely just the same. No jacuzzi or steam room but we enjoyed relaxing on the loungers and swinging seats. A beautiful and relaxing stay

Visited with my partner for her 28th birthday and was very well looked after by all the staff. When it comes to the rooms it was grand again, so well thought through and presented. Genuinely glad it looked exactly like it did in the photos and took my partner by surprise when she opened the suite door (Hann Suite). Would 100% visit again. When it comes to the bar… id like to mention Stephen the barman by name, great guy. Great knowledge of drinks, great attitude, very polite and led a great atmosphere in the lounge/bar area ☺️ thankyou very much for making the evening Stephen 10/10

Fantastic experience at a gorgeous hotel. From the moment we arrived we were treated so well, our room was absolutely gorgeous and beautifully clean. We visited the spa which is stunning and then had dinner at Blok which was very good. A highlight was Jacob the bartender who made us some fantastic espresso martinis and was a pleasure to chat to. Breakfast the next morning was also fantastic with a chef cooking whatever you ask for as well as a great spread of continental options. We will definitely be returning!

Brunch, treatments, the spa & the staff were all excellent. Very professional but relaxed & the decor is stunning, as are the gardens. Initially I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed as I was looking forward to a romantic anniversary meal for two but we went to La Luna nearby & had a lovely meal &, again, the owner there was brilliant. Can’t wait to return.

Last week myself and my partner stayed at this beautiful location. Seems as it was a birthday occasion I left a comment in the booking for "special occasion" this was greatly followed up with asking what occasion it was and the hotel placing rose petals and a chocolate birthday tart on the bed which was a lovely touch! All staff are so welcoming and can't do enough for you! To me personally value for money when considering the spa package is fantastic for what is included. We will definitely be returning

Went for a spa day with friends, had a lovely relaxing massage but the room was very cold so I couldn’t warm up. The pool and spa area were gorgeous, the pool was nice and warm but sadly the sauna was out of order. Outdoor spa was lovely and really warm, was nice to have drinks served to your table. Went for brunch but was disappointed we had to change out of our robes, food was lovely with loads of choice. I think it’s overpriced for just a few hours can’t call it a spa ‘day’ but overall lovely place

So we booked for the room a few weeks ago . We’d stayed at the hotel twice before and really enjoyed the ambiance and the rooms . We were greeted by a friendly lady who took our bookings etc Our room was up a set of steps and tuen more steps . The steps to the room were quite steep . Not good if u don’t like steps The room itself compared to last year was disappointing a little . If you were over a certain height (I’m 5ft7) you’d struggle in parts . Quite a few of the sockets required bending down and hoping u don’t hit your head on the way up . The bathroom was quite nice but was msg down by a couple of things … 1. Very small corridor connecting bathroom and bedroom.,my wife is small ish and found it a struggle 2. No door - so no privacy . Finally : in the room we had last time we could access a lot more tv programs than this time . I was happily watching Iplayer but not this time We didn’t use the catering , spa or swimming pool .
