Not well manage. I have paid the room but the person who took the payment did not inform the manager that I have paid a day before check out. They rushed to ask me for payment when I was about to embark on the boat. It was not really good manner, as if I did not pay. What a shame. There is no cattle for boiling water in the room.

Great staff and clean, spacious room with outdoor bathroom. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Gili Air, especially if you’re planning to go scuba diving as well. We will be back for our next Gili Air trip

Excellent hotel: spacious rooms (we had a room with a garden view, not a bungalow), friendly staff, great beaches nearby for swimming and sunbathing. Breakfasts are modest (from the menu), but delicious, I would give 4/5 for filling and taste. If you are a diver, you should also come here, there is absolutely everything you need for diving. Overall, 100% recommended.

Très décevant sur tous les points.** La piscine était sale et l'eau trouble. La chambre manquait cruellement de confort : pas de machine à café, des rideaux totalement transparents qui laissaient passer la lumière du jour, rendant le sommeil impossible dès le lever du soleil. La chambre est rempli de moustiques puis elle face au restaurant donc on entendu tout le monde parlait. Le petit-déjeuner était très basique et de qualité médiocre. Pour couronner le tout, l'adresse indiquée sur Tripadvisor était incorrecte, ce qui a compliqué notre arrivée. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement sincèrement. On était pas du tout respecté chez eux.
