The hotel has a good structure. The larger rooms are good with a large work desk and comfortable chair. The location is great. The breakfast is mediocre, lacking many things and the lounge is very dark. They have a good outdoor pool but we went in winter, so we didn't use it. The service is very bad!!

O Hotel é bom no geral mas o atendimento, principalmente dos funcionários da recepção deixa a desejar. O local do café da manhã é bem oscuro,e tinha alguns salgados e pães que não eram do dia. O quarto era amplo com uma mesinha e 2 poltronas (gostei disso).A piscina parece ser gostosa mas não usufruímos. A localização é ótima,a poucos passos do CALCADÃO, o centro comercial de Pelotas. Na mesma rua e bem pertinho têm outro hotel bem melhor!

Hotel bom, simples e muito bem localizado. Faltam algumas manutenções hidráulicas, mas os quartos são de um bom tamanho. Café da manhã bom e funcionários muito atenciosos. O fato de ser bem localizado facilita a locomoção e o conhecer a cidade. Bem próximo a alguns cartões postais da cidade de Pelotas.

Noite de cão
Hotel precisando de uma boa repaginada , muito antigo e escuro. Garagem disponível para poucos carros, tem que aguardar manobrista em rua estreita e muito movimentada . Hóspedes deixam seu pet latindo no quarto e saem , sugiro hotel colocar um aviso neste sentido para não atrapalhar o sono dos outros hóspedes .

Hotel antigo e reformado. Quarto amplo mas ainda como é antigo faltam manutenções basicas como limpesa do ar condicionado (mofado), ar condicionado pingando agua, limpeza do box, limpeza da janela do banheiro, secador de cabelo sujo. Cafe da manha com comida bem boa mas como ambiente é fechado ficamos sempre cheirando a fritura da chapa que a moça faz comida (neste ponto precisa mellhorar a exaustao para nao ter mais isto). Elevadores antigos mas funcionam bem. Valores de consumo do frigobar justos, nao sao caros. Estacionamento como não é no local precisa pedir um tempo antes.

A localização é otima, mas o quarto, ficamos no segundo andar, o barulho dos condicionadores de ar,dificultaram o nosso sono e o local onde é servido o café da manhã é muito escuro e pequeno, fila para pegar um omelete, muito diferente de outros hoteis que tem rechaud com tampa e você se serve.
