The hotel has a good structure. The larger rooms are good with a large work desk and comfortable chair. The location is great. The breakfast is mediocre, lacking many things and the lounge is very dark. They have a good outdoor pool but we went in winter, so we didn't use it. The service is very bad!!

A localização é otima, mas o quarto, ficamos no segundo andar, o barulho dos condicionadores de ar,dificultaram o nosso sono e o local onde é servido o café da manhã é muito escuro e pequeno, fila para pegar um omelete, muito diferente de outros hoteis que tem rechaud com tampa e você se serve.

Quase não vim ao hotel por algumas avaliações aqui. Mas a verdade é que o hotel é excelente para o custo que oferece. Os quartos são o dobro do tamanho de um da mesma categoria, bonitos. Banho quente com água abundante. Café da manhã com muitas opções inclusive uma pessoa fazendo omelete americano na hora. Acredito ser de longe a melhor opção nessa faixa de preço.

Hotel mediano, apesar de reformado, as roupas de cama e toalhas são bem finas, cobertores de lã, anti-higiênicos. Quarto bem amplo. Café da manhã muito bom. Tivemos que ficar mais de meia hora no saguão do hotel esperando o manobrista trazer o carro, que havia saído para buscar presunto para o café do hotel, que tinha acabado (???).

Hotel localizado no centro. O prédio e antigo, mas o interior foi reformado. Recepção bonita. Atendimento atencioso. Nos hospedamos na ida e depois na volta de nossa viagem ao Uruguai. Na ida ficamos no quarto 426. Apartamento grande com duas camas de casais. Muito confortáveis. Com tudo pra uma boa estadia. Banheiro bom com secador de cabelo. O chuveiro estava com problemas, só funciona água quente. Na volta, ficamos no quarto (226), tinha uma cama grande, também confortável. Com banheiro bom e chuveiro ótimo. Café da manhã bom. Garagem fica no sub solo, paga. Todos achamos que tem algo no hotel que precisam mudar: os quadros da decoração. Achamos meio sinistros. Mas é uma boa opção de hospedagem em Pelotas.

Tinha uma restrição no dreno da pia e um pequeno vazamento na ducha higiênica mas so isso. De resto otimo hotel. O Cafe da manha poderia ser um pouco melhor de opções mas mesmo assim o que tinha la era de qualidade.
