Everything was perfect for me. Before getting to Milano, I've been to Nordic countries which cost more, this hotel took a very reasonable price for me. And the staffs were pretty kind. I still remember one staff kindly asked me 'coffee or cappuccino?' And she explained that they bake almost of the bread. And the facilities could be better. They have a basement parking lot. I highly recommend this hotel and I'll be back whenever I come back to Milano.

Siano stati in questo hotel tra Dicembre e Gennaio e devo dire che era molto bello, la colazione era poco assortita con cornetti non del tutto eccellenti assenza di acqua a temperatura ambiente bisognava sempre chiederla, il materasso molto duro era come non averlo con coprimaterasso macchiato e onestamente faceva un po impressione. Il resto molte bene.

First of all, ignore all the reviews older than a year, because it’s pretty much a new hotel. This place should have much higher reviews. It’s a newly refurbished hotel in a great location, only 20-30 minute drive from all the lakes, and 15 minutes to Varese. It includes free parking for all guests. The style of the Hotel is a mix of retro and modern inspired by 50s American diner, with cool neon lights and beautifully tasty furniture with a contemporary feel. We stayed in a Standard Room, which was more than big enough for my wife and I. The bed was massive and comfortable. We were able to ask for two more pillows which they gave us without any hesitation. There is a huge TV, fast Wi-Fi and USB charging ports on either side of the bed. The bathroom is crisp, clean, modern and spacious. Amazing shower with rainfall shower head and handheld option. Sink, bidet and toilet. The usual. Breakfast is also included and is plentiful. Different options to choose from different hams and turkeybreast, cheeses, various sweet options like cookies and pastries. There is a coffee machine that is available 24/7 as well as a fridge with drinks and selection of chocolates and snacks, which works with an Honesty System where you must write down whatever you take. I cannot praise this hotel more that giving it five stars. I’m very picky when it comes to choosing hotels, especially since we stayed for seven nights. We will absolutely be back. Lastly, the best part of the stay were the staff. Every single one of the employees from the receptionists to the housekeeping girls were stupendous and lovely. They made our stay worthwhile. So thanks to all of them. This is an example of how every hotel in the world should be managed :-)

The location is excellent, just a few meters from the coastal road. The (sportboat) port is only 200 metres away, so you can walk on the sea side to the other end of the place to take the ferry there. The hotel is conducted by two business-made ladies, who made me a stick for a single trip room 140 euros, which was clearly too much. Unfortunately, in open windows, sleep is hardly thought, because in about 30 meters away the freight trains pass, if you have the room to the wrong side. The bathroom was newly made, beautiful tiles and a modern shower. Some things, for example, that the water hanger is too close to the washing venue and you can hardly get the hand below it, you still like the Italian charm what has annoyed me: When I sticked to the door frame, I sticked my shirt to the sealing mass that no longer could be removed from the shirt. Very convenient place, just at the expressway, with plenty of parking spaces, next to the shopping center, but there is no direct subway to the center of Milan nearby, and it is also very close to the center of Monza.

I stayed at the Moom in 2011 and 2012 and loved it— not so much this time. While the breakfast buffet and happy hour are wonderful, the rooms were awful. We booked two rooms- one for me and one for my husband and a kid in each room. They set the temperature at 23– you cannot change it. The staff put us in a handicapped room - the toilet was 2feet off the ground, furniture was missing from the room, and there was no place to set belongings in the bathroom. The space was awkward and not cozy at all. Then, when we checked out, they told us there was an 80 Euro “child fee”. This wasn’t in the original booking — why us there a child fee? Did we just get ripped off? Impossible to know. While the original booking suggested this would cost one price, the final price was Much more.

I was on business trip with two other guys. Paid 274€ for one night and I think it wayyyy too much. Nothing specail on this on. Located basicly middle of no where and once again, really over priced. Wahsing room sinks water tap did not work where its supposed to work. So it was close and if you used it...no water went away, because tap did not ope...I took the tap away... But more problematic and really bad thing is, that room door did not lock always. Sometimes you have to open and close it 10 times before it locked. Sometimes 6 times. I think first time I left the room unlocked... We came to hotel lqte evening and I did not want to start changing the room, so I ****** it up...but 274€ for a night ??? Ny buddy had problem with auto heting/cooling, no adjustmen working. Someone came and resetted/booted the heating/cooling system. Windows dirty, unable to take a pix for example from 9th floor.
