We had very good experience at Hotel Golden Sunrise & Spa. All the staff, especially Youjen & team are very courteous and attentive to your requirements. Another USP of this hotel is the delicious food served at their restaurant. The view from the room was amazing!

Good Hotel... Food is also good... Staff behavior is very good... Bittu, Sital and Yougen and other staffs are very helpful and good behavior. Position of the hotel is also good for watching kanchanjangha from hotel room. It is highly recommended to stay here.

I had a pleasant stay at Golden Sunrise & Spa. The view from our rooms were breathtaking, and the staff (Bitoo, Sital, Youjen) was always courteous and helpful. The room was clean, though a bit more modern maintenance would be appreciated. The food was delicious.

It was an amazing trip for our family as we got refreshed over there due to the pleasant wether and neat, clean and gree atmosphere. I can’t for get the hotel Golden Sunrise in Pelling sikkim and their lovely behaviour. Me and my brother in law family were stayed in room# 902 and 903 for 2 night and 3 days. We find their services was very prompt and reasonable cost. No doubt, we will choose same hotel if visited Pelling again.

We stayed in this hotel for one night The view room was spacious and clean. The service was great. Foods were tasty. The manager and all staffs were quite cooperative. Very hardworking, polite, and helpful. He has a complete control on his team and manage things in no time.Lastly thanks to all the staffs of Hotel Golden Sunrise & Spa for their best service.

Excellent service, quick and well mannered staff. Room is spacious, hygiene. Food is too good. Yougen and team were proactively looking into the details of the customers service and comfort. Would suggest to everyone. Also the stay is at the heart of the city.
