We had a wonderful time here, the staff are so friendly and took great care of us. James looked after our boat in the marina while we flew home for 4weeks, cannot fault the service we were given. On arrival he and his staff all came out to greet us and help with mooring our boat. The food in the restaurant is varied and tasty and the outside gym and pool perfect.

We had the most fabulous stay at Marina De Ray. Accommodation was clean and perfect for an island vacation. The staff were fabulous, attentive, friendly and always around to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Every meal we had was great. A massive choice of options on the menu catering for all tastes and dietary requirements. The marina facilities were very impressive as well. The pool area was pleasant and relaxing. And the Eco-gym, what an absolute winner that is! Had a fabulous massage as well which was simply divine. Some of us flew into Lombok from Denpasar whilst others took the Fastboat from Sanur. Both options were easy and seamless. Can't wait to go back and already have a few trips planned for 2025. 🌴🥂🍹✈️⛵️ Rooms: 4/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5

Bedding is old. Room smelled terrible. Had to open the door to the outside all night due to a smell like old milk. Ruined a pair of pants ironing because the iron had some nasty substance on it that melted onto my pants. Staff not friendly at all. made me move my car after arriving from lax at 2am because I parked in the Empty row that is valet only. (I get it but cmon. 2am. Empty lot. Valet was just annoyed I liked myself. I didn’t even know the had valet until he came out and told me to move as I was half asleep. Terrible experience.

Marina services are great I left my boat at marina del Ray for three months during wet season, so was there a week prior to leaving and 3 days after returning, the staff were fantastic, checking the boat inside and out every week, everything was good on my return and the bar and restaurant were so friendly and welcoming. This marina puts many larger marinas to shame, with helpful staff. I refueled here as well, 800 liters all by Gerry Cans and transfer pump, price was about average for Indonesia. I would recommend it to passing yachties drop in for the pub and restaurant.

IT'S A SCAM don't book anything with them. This is the worst experience I had in Indonesia. I made the payment then they told me the boat was not leaving. I didn't have my money back and they don't answer the mails. Shame on you!

Cadre très calme qui sort de l'ordinaire avec la chance de pouvoir cotoyer quelques "loups de mer" en escale. On se sent loin de tout avec un personnel toujours au petit soin. Il s'agit d'une destination qui correspond au fameux "pas de côté". Les chambres sont simples et il ne faut pas trop en attendre. Mais l'environnement reste malgré tout magique surtout au moment du coucher du soleil.
