Aston Samarinda Hotel and Convention Center Reviews

Poor staff training . Have informed earlier for queen size bed instead of 2 single bed. While arrived at hotel they say only have single bed . Even poor give a room that have been occupied by others . End out I go to lobby and request for another room.

Hotel cukup bagus, staff ramah, varian breakfast cukup beragam

This was a very pleasant hotel to stay put. So far staffs were quite polite.

1. The air-conditioning unit was old and not performing efficiently 2. The shower head was old and not functioning properly 3. There was no automatic door shutter 4. Only the pool was open, all other facilities were closed due to Eid Al Fitr, not acceptable for foreign visitors. 5. The whole building's air conditioning system has to be upgraded. Even in common areas, it did not function well

All is well.. Nice breakfast. Clean room, great service. Tku

Good short stay....wish can stay longer and enjoy Samarinda. Only problem is parking is limited to guest.

The place is really nice, suitable for a staycation because it has close access to the SCP mall, the breakfast is also delicious.

I was happy to stay at Ston, but unfortunately yesterday one of the lifts was broken so we had to queue for a long time.
