Excelent hospitality, Modern Facilities, Best experience with helpfull staff, Gonna be first choice when visiting Pekanbaru in the future. Should to improve for the wifi connection, several times need to reset, I Even using my own celular data..

I stayed for a night at this centrally located Hotel. It is easy to find from the main road and you cant miss this tall building with the WHIZZ word in top from Jalan Jend Sudirman. The location is awesome and fantastic. Check In : was quick and easy since we used Agoda. Was smooth as well. But after the checking in, the person didnt even bother to tell us when is the breakfast, where is the breakfast and maybe offer us a map or ask us if we need any recommendations at all. It was just a simple 'okay done check in'. So we had to find our way up by the elevator. Room : The room is okay-ish, just about the right size and the right level we got. But there are no wardrobe for us to put our luggages or something. The whole room is nice, but the mattress sheet is smelly and stained. I have no idea what stain it was. But it was yucky to say the least. Bathroom : Spacious in size but oh god, why do you need to put semi transparent glasses??????? Breakfast : The choices are really thin. Not much things to try and taste. The seating arrangement is really cramped. For some reason, the taste of the food is a bit lacking. Service : The freaking time you guys chose to service the elevator in the morning????? It cease to operate for 'maintenance' purposes around 8.30am, right the time when people actually go for breakfast..!!! And I was in level 2, my room is in level 11. How do I got up???? When I went to reception to check on the elevator, the guy was cleaning it super slowly. And the other elevator is broken down. Other than that, it is a good stay.

beyond expectations.. Very good, minimal jatra, with affordable price, maximum facilities, starting from welcome drink, coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. The breakfast is also delicious with a variety of menu options. It's ok. The city center 2 is close. The room is also wide.

I loved the view. My room was at the 10th floor and I could pretty much see everything. The room was neat and tidy, the front office was nice. However, for this to be an honest review, I can't really say that it's the best. First, the parking lot is a lot to deal with - it's so small and there's not a lot of space (the basement wasn't available at that moment). Then, there are these cracks on the walls of the room, which for some reasons bothered me more than it should've. Lastly, I would love for the hotel to have more facilities, such as a gym (they only have a swimming pool at the moment), and for the staffs to always have their masks on (mine didn't). Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Look, Hotel labersa is not a satisfying place to meet, especially large scale. We gave us a scheme to involve our hosts and room divisions, but for marketing he just wanted to know the number of hosts, the beginning and the end date and the number of rooms. For details (for us because it will be related to the implementation) is less interesting, so we ask questions. 2. Hit the number of dishes. When the time comes, there is a lot less food. Turns out, when it's analyzed, the most dominant factor is the intake of the amount of plates. We understand that meeting packages are calculated using the term ”pax”. But the implementation is very strict. When people want to add a new plate, the pax hit is already gone, when eating fruits using rice plates, the pax count is already gone. So even though the food is still in the kitchen, for them (our analysis), the counting of a meal is already gone, which means the food has gone down. There are certain participants who brought their families, but not this time we only do activities at the hotel, but there is never a term of food being less because the counting of dishes is less. 3. Slow service took a long time when we needed help from the hotel. There are still some unpleasant things in the service provided, but it's too long to tell. Thank you

Excellent. Nothing problem with all services that are given by Hotel Grand Zuri Pekanbaru. It has good facilities and a nice view. Has nice workout facilities. The breakfast that has been given is good

Room is clean and bright. Not much channel on tv though. Bathroom with hot and cold water. Toilet is nice. Bed with clean sheets and comfortable. Overall very good hotel with affordable price. Breakfast just fried rice, noodles and bread. Perfect place as a rest stop in between travel.
