HMM in general the hotel is great, the hotel location very good bcz located in the middle city of Pekanbaru and near to the Airport. The staff are very nice and had a great hospitality, especially Ms. Nurul ( keep it up ). The room is nice but need to updated about AC maybe? Thank you.

I loved the view. My room was at the 10th floor and I could pretty much see everything. The room was neat and tidy, the front office was nice. However, for this to be an honest review, I can't really say that it's the best. First, the parking lot is a lot to deal with - it's so small and there's not a lot of space (the basement wasn't available at that moment). Then, there are these cracks on the walls of the room, which for some reasons bothered me more than it should've. Lastly, I would love for the hotel to have more facilities, such as a gym (they only have a swimming pool at the moment), and for the staffs to always have their masks on (mine didn't). Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Excelent hospitality, Modern Facilities, Best experience with helpfull staff, Gonna be first choice when visiting Pekanbaru in the future. Should to improve for the wifi connection, several times need to reset, I Even using my own celular data..

Room is clean and bright. Not much channel on tv though. Bathroom with hot and cold water. Toilet is nice. Bed with clean sheets and comfortable. Overall very good hotel with affordable price. Breakfast just fried rice, noodles and bread. Perfect place as a rest stop in between travel.

It realy pleasure for long stay at The Zuri Pekanbaru. Every friday we got friday refreshment day from TZPku management, our favorite is Kacang Pukul, typical snack from Pekanbaru so yummy, TZPku staff are kind and helpful. Mba Rika...ma new friend since me already a month in TZPku thank you so much for talking to me taking good care of me with this and that, cleaning staff, FO the one who always received my package on behalf, even the scurity who always opened the door for me..thank you. If you are traveling for bussiness or solo traveling this hotel is recomanded for you, but not recomanded for staycation with family, because this hotel have a small space of room and too narrow. The restaurant for the breakfast is too not really comfort to enjoying your breakfast. Is better you book your room without breakfast, you can find many warrung arround hotel to buy some food for your breakfast.Location near with Pekan Baru Mall easy to walk arround. Overall the services of staff is execelent, they are all are friendly and welcoming guest.
