The hotel is very old no security measurement. All level can access no need access card. 

Breakfast is below standard don’t expect much.

The spa is great. Good for relex.

Pelayanan sangat memuasakan. Pegawainya ramah-ramah. Menu breakfast nya banyak dan enak. Kamar bersih dan strategis dekat dengan mall. Saya akan kembali lagi jika ada perjalanan ke Pekanbaru lagi. 🙂

The service is very satisfying. The staff are friendly. The breakfast menu is plentiful and delicious. The room is clean and strategically located near the mall. I will come back again if I have a trip to Pekanbaru again. 🙂

房間與浴室都很大，可能是老飯店的原因。飯店附近有蠻多的華人餐廳，我與家人在那裡吃了蠻好吃的第一個午餐，烤豬肉飯和麵。值晚班的小哥很可愛，一直不讓我們浪費錢包車去博物館😂

The room and bathroom are both large, maybe because of the old hotel. There are quite a few Chinese restaurants near the hotel. My family and I had a delicious first lunch there, roast pork rice and noodles. The guy on the night shift was very cute and never let us waste our wallets and take the car to the museum 😂

The room was nice and clean. Buffet for breakfast and the food were good and had many choices. Also free entry for gym, sauna and swimming pool if you stay in this hotel.   The hotel also offer packages for coffee break and events. The price and services is good. 

My friends and I had breakfast at this hotel yesterday, a lot of choices and delicious, for the family, too! For other hotel facilities, there are swimming pools, fitness centers, and so on... there are also a variety of meeting rooms.

The Location is great, its on center of the city, the room is clean, the service is good, the food is standard, it has entertainment facility. its only 20 minuties from the Airport, on room dine is rather slow response.
