Comfortable stay with good view. We request for high floor and was given as requested due to non peak and nin weekend stay. Overall acceptable and the receiptionist all very efficient and helpful.

The hotel is right in the city center, close to the mall, if you need to find food is not difficult, the service is okay, but if you want to drink mineral water, the room is not provided as usual, so you have to fill the hotel corridor with a water dispenser, but not bad.

Clean, good, close to all the shopping places around n there are also many food vendors. in the hotel cheap groceries. only when I have breakfast, there is no side dish. there's not much, there's nothing, there's bread and hot tea... it's suitable for the price of the room... it's just for breakfast or sahur... because the extra payment just doesn't match

The hotel room was spacious....but old. The flooring was uneven & scary for an elderly like me. The hotel seems dull without a spa & far from nearby shops. Breakfast spread was good but mundane for four consecutive nights that we stayed there......perhqps changes should be made to the menu daily, though it was delicious!
